Duraforce Cleaning Service Inc.

Duraforce was an excellent company to work with. During a recent rain event that lasted two days, we had basement flooding and Duraforce took care of clean up. They spent 3 hours at our house the first day and removed all of the carpet and padding (and had to move a lot furniture around); did some cleaning; and bagged up the remaining wet belongings we had not had a chance to go through. They also set up the fans and dehumidifiers to start drying out the basement. They came back 2 days later to check and had to remove some drywall that was damaged along with all the baseboards. They left the dehumidifiers for a couple more days to ensure all moisture was gone. Once they were sure the moisture was gone, they checked for mold and did a preventative treatment. I am very appreciative to Rickie and his team for the efforts and attention they gave to my house. Fortunately, I have no previous experience with companies who clean up water damage, so I honestly can't compare the price (which was expensive), but it was worth it to know it was done properly.

PERSON WHO CAME TO CLEAN WAS PUNCTUAL, POLITE, QUICK, AND THOROUGH. SINCE THE SERVICE WAS PAID FOR BY SOMEONE ELSE'S INSURANCE I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH IT COST, BUT I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
