+ -1 moreVery flexible and easygoing, willing to work with us to consolidate projects and provide quotes for other possible projects. The ironwork task took a little longer due to the subcontract but we were in no hurry. Cleanup could be a tad better, and I had to re-sod some adjacent spots.
Description of Work: In front of townhouse: Raise and widen front step, remove, widen, and re-pour one sidewalk segment and adjacent land at top of basement stair. Replace iron handrail and connect to existing handrail and repaint.
