I called at 3:21 Monday afternoon because they are located near my house. The person answering the phone was very nice and said that he would call me before he came out for an estimate of roof repairs. She said he usually comes in in the evenings and picks up the tickets, and if it is late, he goes out in the mornings. No one ever called back. I'm not sure if they were busy because of the recent heavy rains or not. I did not get that impression because if they were booked up or something, it would seem that they would or should just say so. I never know what to make of businesses that do not return calls.
Description of Work: No work was performed because no one returned my calls. My house was built in 1929 and had experienced a leak from the roof near the window on the upper floor. It was repaired twice before by other companies but not done correctly.

The experience was well. They even tried to help us find temporary housing because we didn't want to stay there while they were working in the house. They were great.
Description of Work: They extracted my old roof in its entirety. Than they applied a new heavy-duty roof. The service took about 2 days and it was worth it all the way. It was great.
