Description of Work: The put some carpet in our house. They hit some molding with a hammer and left a mark that knocked a strip of paint off the molding. They refused to acknowledge their mistake and would only compensate us about $15. We had to buy paint to cover it and hope that potential buyers don't notice the hammer mark. Rude manager. Would not use them again.

 + -1 moreFrom my first conversation with the gentleman handling the sale and installation, it was clear that this company knows its business and its carpeting. I was trying to match 10-year old carpeting and had been told by the original company that it was no longer available. I took my sample to BLP and we had the exact same carpet installed in less than two weeks. Everyone was pleasant, efficient, and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend this company
