Went very well. The Managet , Mr.Townsend I always make a spot check while in progress and at completion to make sure the job is satisfactorily done.

we never got further than the deck. I was very happy about the work completed on the deck, no complaints there. house needed waterproofing and mold remediation. it took 2 people a very long time to do that task of digging the trench around the house. no complaint on the work, but the time spent on this portion was extensive. I also told them that I had a set budget; however, their final invoice came to be more than DOUBLE than what I asked. Granted, they worked in many different conditions, doing many different jobs. They completed the deck in March, but had not installed the final lights or the deck until October. And as late as December, we were still going on about trivial details that I was hoping he would be able to solve for me (some of the lights were malfunctioning; he told me just to get a new battery). Overall, a very hard working company whenever I was able to get them to come out, but I was hoping for more work in a shorter time.

Their price was high and that is the only reason why I wouldn’t use them.

This company is very unresponsive to the customer. Abusive owner. Cuts corners in order to maximize his profits. Doesn't listen to instructions and insists on doing it as he sees fit, not according to drawings and plans.
