Description of Work: The product was of poor quality. I had mulitple problems with the product; the provider came out 4 different times to fix the problem but it was never rectified. The company would not exchange the product or offer a refund. I am now stuck with this poor product until I can afford better.

Description of Work: The sales consultant was very well prepared with samples, catalogs and interior design suggestions. We ordered shutters for 4 windows and a shade for one door. When it came time for installation, the installer was prompt, courteous and left his work areas spotless. A few days later, we noticed a seam between one of the shutters and the frame was out of square. One of the owners came by and indicated it was a minor adjustment that they would take care of. We scheduled the repair and it was done as promptly and professionally as the original installation. Our experience was quite satisfactory and we would use them again.

Description of Work: The gentleman providing the estimate was punctual and helpful. Scheduling an installation appointment was easy. The installers were on time, efficient, and pleasant even when faced with windows that required a tall ladder for installation. The scheduler had not told them that two of the windows were over a two story entry. The blinds themselves are perfect! Not an inexpensive window treatment, but worth the price. Temperature was noticeably cooler in my great room with multiple floor to ceiling windows in the east and south walls after installation. I subsequently had blinds installed for the long narrow windows on either side of my entry door. I would definitely call Beltway Blinds again. Very pleased with the product and the service.

Description of Work: Installed 3 roller shades. The sales person was prompt and helpful. The workers showed up on time and were friendly. There were many different choices of window coverings to choose from. I chose roller shades because of the price - I was very surprised at how much they cost. I don't believe Beltway Blinds is any more expensive than other window covering companies, but I didn't have any idea of the cost. I don't like the way the roller shades work - they are difficult to move up and down, but again, it was my choice based on price. I called Beltway Blinds after they were installed to come check on them to see if there was something they could do to make them easier to move. They came out when promised and made a few minor adjustments, but I was told that's how they are. Again, my choice so I have to live with it. Overall, I was pleased with Beltway Blinds.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal for $199 with the idea that I would add blinds to the french doors in the back of the home. I purchased two more additonal blinds. Great service, responsiveness and answered many questions.

Description of Work: My husband and I were very satisfied with the service we received from Beltway Blinds. The company representatives were professional, knowledgeable and they provided excellent customer service. The manager double checked our order to make sure the measurements were accurate before placing the order. Ricky the installer was efficient and he explained how to use, clean and remove our blinds. All of the company representatives were on time for their appointments. We love our blinds.. our windows look great. I would highly recommend this company. Value was great!
