A proposal was given on the day I called. A week later they fixed the roof on the corner where the tree fell. Very professional and kept me in the loop for the four hours they did the repairs. They also provided photos of the work in progress and when finished.

Got the work done on the spot the same day.

They came a little later than I expected, but when they came, they were very professional, in appearance and attitude. Byron diagnosed the problem at hand, and gave recommendations and promised to submit a proposal to fix the other problems. The primary problem became apparent after a previous big thunderstorm, and Byron knew I was concerned about possible problems with future storms, like the one that came through just as his company was finishing up my job. Byron later called to make sure that everything was okay and no water was coming into the house. I really appreciated the attention he gave to my concerns and the service his company provided.

Byron, i.e., said company's owner\manager (1) made my concerns his concerns, (2) suggested various remedies to fix that which was broken, and, (3) made said work affordable. His crew was extremely friendly, highly skilled, and, demonstrated total professionalism in executing that which Byron instructed them to do to resolve my issues. I plan to use B&R again in the near future to remove and replace two sets of in-swinging steel patio doors.

We saw them working about half a block away from our home so we got them to do our roof also. They came to start work as soon as they finished the other home and ended up doing a fantastic job. They were also always on time.

He is one of the most stand up guys you will ever meet. He will do whatever it takes to make it right. He is so professional!
