B&R Siding did an exceptional job. They replaced the roof on our home in one day....and it happened to be a VERY cold day. The whole process was smooth and efficient from the estimate to the actual work on the roof. Byron was very professional and responsive to all of my questions. We are very happy with the quality of work and the price. We would definitely hire B&R again.

The reps from B&R arrived promptly and worke very quickly. The work was of very high quality. They were able to answer all of my questions, all the while giving me complete understanding of the work being done.

They were referred to us by a neighbor some years ago, and now they have worked for us in two different homes. This is the sec ond roof they replace for us, and as always they provide excellent craftsmanship while staying on schedule On both occasions they have started the work on the day they proposed, they have a huge crew that can finish in a day or two. They do not even leave a nail in the property because they use magnets to clean afterwards. It is very impressive. In addition, one of the owners is always on the roof top working along his crew, making sure everything goes well. At the end of the project, they give you a packet with the receipt, guarantees, and it also has a video of the materials they placed and how the roof looks. They provide a fair price for their work, and are certified in many different brands of roofing installations. They always use all of the corresponding techniques and materials corresponding to a specific shingle brand. They also introduced different options for your project. At first, we wanted to replace the roof with the same cedar shingle (which was more expensive contract for them) and they instead thought the Landmark Pro would be a better and cheaper option for us. We are extremely happy to say they were right and we are thrilled with the results and extended guarantees on our roof. The Certainteed Landmark Pro roof, is guaranteed to last much longer than the cedar shingle roof we wanted and it looks so much better with our house. They also have a great eye for matching the roof color to the brick or stone of your house, and will get you many samples to make sure you make the right decision. Our house looks like it is new, and it was done by an architect. The color of the gutters they recommended, roof, copper chimney casings, and roof color look as if they were coordinated by a designer. Thank you B&R siding for another great job!

Excellent installation; reported issues immediately and proposed solutions to issues; resided 3000 sq ft house in less than 2 days; kept site clean at all times. Entire crew was friendly and respectful. Byron, Freddie and Eric were very professional. Recommend them to the entire community!

I like everything about the company. They were very responsive when we call them up. We said that we wanted to clout from him and he was here the next day. He did not estimate. He actually went up and took the measurement of the roof. Then he came back and he gave us options to be, and have samples of roofing and reviewed with us. He gave us the clout before he left that same day. And when we agreed on the date to start, and he said he could do it in one day. And he did. He took off the existing roof, repaired any under plywood material, put down the one you put in the alley and around the perimeter of our house. He actually scoured the brick and cuffed the flashing material. Then he used 30-year lifetime warranty shingles, and put down the 30 pound paper with architectural roof and there were three people going around the house with magnetic wands picking up any nails. So, all was done in one day. They were very organized. They knew what they’re doing. They worked well. There was one guy in charge and he was direct in it. He replaced 3 skylights and we were extremely happy. They quickly thrown the old shingles off the roof and there was another set of people taken it and put it in the truck.
