AUDIO SOLUTIONS

We selected Audio Solutions based on the reviews of Angie's list and their availability. We were quoted a certain fee with additional fees per additional minutes by Evelina. She indicated that a job of this magnitude normally takes a 1 to 1 1/2 hours; therefore, we expected to pay approximately $150 to $200. Well, the job took 3 hours; therefore, we paid $300. At the end of the process, we checked the connections for the TV and sound system; however, we didn't verify the DVD connection. It was an oversight due to the frustration from the length of time and the cost. Once, we realized that the DVD player was not working properly, we contacted Audio Solutions and a resolution. Evelina indicated that we should have checked the DVD player prior to signing the invoice and that it was nothing she could do about the situation. She also denied me the opportunity to speak with the Manager.

Outstanding.

I've purchased two Denon A/V receivers from them. The last one was an upgrade from two years ago. They have good prices and great customer services. Anytime I need A/V equipment, I check with them first!

FIRST, YOU NORMALLY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND THEY WERE WORTH EVERY DOLLAR. THE PLANNING AND DETAILED ASPECTS OF THE JOB WERE PLANNED WITH NO DETAIL OVERLOOKED. ONE OF THE THINGS I LIKED THE MOST WAS THEY TOOK TIME TO COME TO MY HOME AND MAKE SURE ALL THE MEASUREMENTS WERE ON TARGET, THAT I WAS GETTING EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. THEY NEVER TRIED TO OVER SELL ME, THEY ALWAYS EXPLAINED EVERY STEP AND PIECE OF EQUIPMENT THAT WAS BEING INSTALLED. THE INSTALL CREW WAS BEYOND JUST BEING PROFESSIONAL. THEY WORKED GREAT WITH THE OTHER CONTRACTORS AND SUBS INVOLVED WITH THE PROJECT AND THEIR PORTION WAS SEAMLESS. THE STAFF AND CREW AT AUDIO SOLUTIONS WERE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
