+ -1 moreAs anyone knows these days, communication is conducted via text and email. The company had both of those methods on record to contact me but didn’t bother. They simply placed a “confirmation” call (this conformation phone call is unnecessary) then decided to cancel service and made no further effort.
Description of Work: This business is a disgrace, I arranged for hvac inspection on a Saturday, they gave me a 10 to noon window. Never showed up, never called. After multiple phone calls placed by *me* the receptionist said they didn’t bother coming out because she had tried to call me on Friday to “confirm” and since she couldn’t get hold of me or leave a “voicemail” she simply canceled service.
