Description of Work: Adirondack Tree Experts removed a largely dead, 50+ foot tall pin oak tree that was about 15 feet from our house. They came as scheduled, carefully pruned and then felled the tree, cut several of the 2" - 3" diameter limbs into 15" pieces as we requested, then ground up the stump. All work was completed promptly, as was clean-up, and at the agreed-upon price.

Description of Work: They removed one dead/dying tree, and ground the stump. They also did some major trim work on a large tree close to the house. The original visit for an estimate was a couple of days later than planned, but since I didn't need to be there and it was not an emergency, this was not an issue. When the work was done, it was done on time, as promised. They were efficient and cleaned up well afterwards.

Description of Work: This work was done prior to 2011 in (2008 or 2009). I needed dead limbs removed from trees and one or two trimmed back, and I wanted a stump removed from previous tree removal. I knew I was going to need cherry picker for oldest tree. I noticed them in the neighbor hood and because I had also checked them out on line I contacted them. They provided a professional estimate (including their liability insurance coverage like a contractor should), discussed the age and condition of other trees and the life expectancy of each. They arrived promptly, did their work and cleaned up after themselves and there was no damage done to my yard by their equipment.

Description of Work: Following the big storm on, June 19,we lost a significant branch of a very large tree, the branch was at least 15" in diameter and 40' in length. We called Adirondack Tree, and they were able to give us an on-site estimate the following day, and were able to complete the work the same day. They have always done a very good job. | |We recently had them provide an estimate for removing and pruning trees and grind several stumps. We also had two other companies provide estimates. Their quote was substantially more so we went with another company we have used. I would still contact them in the future and consider them for future services.

Description of Work: This was the second time I've used Adirondack to take down trees that were dying and trim the trees growing close to the house. I had just installed a new roof the week before, so I only trusted Adirondack to get the job done. I decided to have them grind the oak stump in the front yard, and they did a great job with this, too. I was given an estimate in writing along with certificates of insurance ahead of time. The team is professional and the price is fair. I highly recommend them.
