Description of Work: They removed a large maple tree in my front yard. I am very happy with the customer service, the price, and how efficiently they removed the tree. They also did a great job with the clean up. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Adirondack Tree Experts showed up on time for a free evaluation, listened to my concerns, and made recommendations on some trees that were of concern to the house and pool. Based on those recommendations, we decided to remove 6 trees and prune 4 others. The most difficult tree to remove was a 60-70 ft pine that was within 15 feet of the the house. They were able to remove the tree carefully and safely. When the owner came out to inspect the work, he noticed some limbs were resting on the roof, and he instructed his crew to remove them for us as an added courtesy. The yard looks great, and the trees that were pruned look much healthier. I would definitely call them for any tree work I need in the future. Thank you very much for the great work that you do.

Description of Work: I called Adirondack three years ago to rid my father's house and yard of invasive wisteria. They had to pull dead wood out of every tree in the yard, and rescue the roof. So when I had a diseased tree in my own backyard, I called Adirondack. It was a complicated job and they performed it beautifully. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Adirondack sent a professional estimator, gave us excellent advice (including what we did NOT need to do), and followed up with punctual, friendly, courteous, service which included thorough cleanup. They cut off a number of big branches from trees that were encroaching the house as well as creating an even canopy that enabled more light to reach the back yard. We would definitely use Adirondack again in the future.

Description of Work: Outstanding and very professional service. They did a great job trimming some of my trees and I couldn't believe how thorough they were about cleaning up the yard. From the initial estimate to the clean up, this was an outstanding experience and I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Everything about Adirondack's service and professionalism was excellent. On both the day of the estimate and the service, they showed up a few minutes before the appointed time. Vince took the time to explain to me everything which needed to be done, and some things that didn't need to be done even though I thought perhaps it would be a good idea. The day Adirondack provided the service the crew did the job professionally, thoroughly, and effectively. The men were also polite and amiable. When they left, they cleaned up to the point that there was no evidence, other than the pruned trees, that a major job had been done.

Description of Work: The job was to remove a large, hazardous oak on our property. Adirondack came in with the best estimate and were very professional. In fact, they helped us work with our neighbors (because some of the branches went past our property line). They were very punctual and did the work much more quickly than I would have expected.

Description of Work: Adirondack removed a beautiful, tall tree that destroyed the 20' brick wall between our house and the neighbor's, and made our patio ripple. Their experts worked very fast and shared insights about that kind of tree - and commiserated about having to remove it. There was barely a trace when they finished, especially appreciated as the sap would have been tough to remove if they had been mess. We were very pleased with their work in every way!

Description of Work: Adirondack cut down several dead trees and trimmed several trees away from my house. My first appointment had to be rescheduled. They were very professional and understanding. It was an extremely hot day on the rescheduled appointment, but they proceeded with the job. The supervisor came to review the work order with the foremen before the start of the job. The team work consistently in cutting, trimming, loading, shredding and cleaning. They started at 7am and finished around 11am. At the completion of the job, the foreman walked me through every item of the contract. He answered all my questions and even corrected concerned items. Adirondack was very knowledge about the types of trees and the DC laws concerning cutting and trimming the trees. I believe I received the best advice, service and my yard looks much better. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Jaime sent a paid receipt in the mail within a day.

Description of Work: They cut off a tree limb that was growing too close to the house. The limb was too big and heavy for my dad to continue to trim. They secured the limb with rope, cut the limb into smaller pieces, yanked it away from the house as pieces were cut, and hauled the entire limb away.

Description of Work: They trimmed large branches off an oak and a very tall poplar tree in my back yard. Also trimmed and raised a maple and dead wood on a maple up front. The owner came out on a Saturday to give a quote. I scheduled later that week. Crew was professional, on time, and cleaned up very well. Truly an outstanding experience.
