Tree work is expensive, but Adirondack was worth it. Their crew arrived on time and quickly attended to our trees. They also trimmed one of our trees away from a neighbor's house without charge. Judging from other silver maples in our neighborhood, there's a right way and wrong way to trim. Our trees look great.

They were very responsive and seemed to be quite responsible. They cleaned up well with the debris. They came on time.

Very responsive and punctual from the estimate to doing the work. Price was also about $200 cheaper than other estimates I received. They were exactly on time, did the work quickly and cleaned up. Also lopped off a couple of branches I thought were not cut back far enough. I wish they had also cut off the obviously dead smaller branches on the trees as well, but maybe that would have cost more.

We initial called three companies for estimates, but Adirondack Tree Experts was the only company to call us back on that same day. We scheduled for them to come out 2 weeks later; they arrived right at the beginning of the window of time they offered us. They came with a crew of men and had the tree removed and the mess cleaned up within 1-1/2 hours. They were very professional.

The estimator got to my house slightly earlier than expected, just as the previous estimator from another company(who was late) was finishing. Both estimates were within $150 of each other, but Adirondack's was cheaper, and in addition they offer a 5 percent discount for Angie's List members. My only qualm is that they asked how I found them, and I mentioned Angie's List, but they did not say anything about the discount until I brought it up. They were able to do the work a couple days later. The workers were just arriving as I left for work, and the work was completed before I came home. All branches and debris were removed. They did exactly what they said they would, and I was happy with the job.

Showed up exactly when promised for both the estimate and the work. Person performing estimate knew exactly what needed to be done, and even said some additional trees did not require any work when asked. I was not home the day they performed the work, but the trees look great. There was no damage to my property, and all debris was cleared and removed.

During the process of obtaining estimates for the tree work, we decided to join Angie's List. We were particularly impressed with the Adirondack website and it's ratings on the list. The estimator was prompt and professional. The original estimate was $1300, however with the AL discount of 5% and the senior discount of 5%, we were able to save $130. The removal crew arrived promptly in the scheduled time frame with all the necessary vehicles and equipment to perform the service. They were careful not to damage any of the adjacent shrubbery during the cherry tree removal. The men were courteous and professional in performing their duties. The entire process just took a little over 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Adirondack Tree Experts for additional tree work.
