They arrived 1 hour earlier and began trimming each of the trees in a methodical manner, cleaning up as they worked. They completed their work in less than 2 hours. I received a thank you card in the mail the next day! We will definitely use them for future work.

The job went extremely well. We received an estimate in a timely manner. The team arrived right on schedule and proceeded to methodically take the tree down. After the tree was down, they shredded larger limbs and branches, cut up and hauled away large pieces of the trunk, and shredded the stump. The clean-up afterwards was truly amazing. When the team left, it was almost impossible to tell there had ever been a tree there! I would definitely and without any hesitation bring these folks back for similar work in the future.

I called them on Jan. 4th, and they came on the 6th. They came especially quickly and without having a signed contract from me because part of the tree was in my neighbor's yard, which was greatly appreciated. The removed the tree, stump and ground wood chips quickly and professionally. I would use them again, and in fact have just contacted them to get an estimate to remove trees/branches damaged in the recent blizzards.

Arrived on time for quote and for work. Didn't sell anything we didn't need (there were several other trees we asked about having trimmed and he said we didn't need it). Performed work quickly, professionally and cleaned up the yard afterwards. Also hauled all the branches that broke off during the blizzard.

There should be an option for A+++. They guys were extraordinarily professional, punctual and a real pleasure to work with. I can't say enough good things about them. They had a hard time getting their truck and mulcher down our tiny DC ally, so the crew walked down and did it all from within the tree. They cleaned up extremely well, from our yard and all of the surrounding properties. The whole experience was impressive, and I highly recommend you stick around to watch them work. It's a good show and they are a great company.

Great. They were extremely responsive and communicated extremely well too. The were considerate of both my wishes and that of my neighbor. All work was done to my satisfaction and on time.

Wow, if only ALL contractors were this professional, absolutely perfect service, and they even removed some broken branches from a Yew tree in the back yard which had got damaged by the snow, no extra charge. cleaned up, polite, great service, faultless professionals.

The job was well done and quick. The used a cherry picker to reach the higher parts of the trees which made the job quicker and safer.

I needed advice on trimming or removing a pear tree hanging over my fence and sidewalk that had lost a large branch. Company rep showed up as scheduled for the estimate and discussed my options with me. I decided to remove the tree and scheduled an appt. Company showed up on time and the whole crew was very professional and quick. The crew chief listened to my concerns about avoiding damage to my fence and explained how they would cut down the tree while avoiding the fence. They used ropes to secure the large branches and trunk so they would fall where they were intended to fall and cleaned up all of the branches and twigs. And best of all managed to cut down the tree without any damage at all to my fence. They were great!

I have used them in the past and they are excellent. They are reasonably priced and they do what they promise to do. They are very knowledgeable about trees and shrubs. They are always on time and they do what we contract them for.

They were terrific and they came in way below on their bid compared to other people that we had talked to. They came within a day or two after we called them to give us an estimate. They showed up on time early on a Saturday morning. We had a huge oak that was struck by lightning and we were worried that it might come down on our neighbor?s house. We had to take care of it immediately. They were very professional. They showed up with the crane and the wood chipper. They took care of everything quickly and professionally. They were careful not to cause any damage to any of our other shrubs around the tree or to our neighbor?s property. They did a good job for a very reasonable price. It was a huge oak and they had to saw it and use the cranes to take it down. They had to ensure that no one got hurt. They did a really good job. Our neighbor had recommended them to us as an alternative to the people we were using before. They were nice too and good but were charging a lot.

They wee great. They were very prompt in getting back to me with the estimates. They came out, they were very professional and they had a good number of people. They cleaned up after themselves within one or two hours. I did not shop around for the price but they seemed to be reasonable.

These guys deserve the high rating they have on Angie's list. They did a great job and left the premises very clean. The trimming was pretty tricky and they had to do the job in the rain. They were very careful to not damage my own house or my neighbors. I will definitely use this company again!!!

The entire job took less than two hours. They were completely professional- they put up the necessary no parking signs two days ahead of the scheduled work, showed up exactly on time, and when they were finished, thoroughly cleaned the area. And to top it off, the cost was less than their competitors. I have dealt with contractors in the past, and I would have to say that Adirondack has been the best. There is no question that I would use them again if need be.

I called Adirondack and they were there the next day to give me an estimate to remove a very large tree. The gentleman that gave the estimate was very punctual and personable. Their price seemed reasonable so I made the appointment to have the service performed. I was given an appointment within a few days. They were very punctual, removed the tree very quickly, cleaned up after themselves and were on their way. I would definitely recommend them.

The whole experience was excellent. They came to give an estimate on Tuesday, arrived on time and gave suggestions about what I could and could not do. The esimator expained that one of the branches on the Maple tree was too large to remove because it would have severely injured the tree. The work was scheduled for Friday. They arrived on time, did an amazing job with four workers and a working supervisor. There was one man who was the tree cutter. He knew what he was doing and was agile and fun to watch. The others removed cut branches and took them to a mulcher. They trimmed a couple of branches that had been missed when I got the estimate. They raked up the debris, swept the deck, checked with me for my approval, and were gone. I'd have them do more work again.

They did a very good. It took them a few days to come out and do something about it. I thought it was good, but not the best. The price was better than a lot of people's, actually.

They were a lot less personal. While they are very professional, they are a very big business and so you didn't get that personal relationship that we did with the company we choose. They set limits to what they could and couldn't do & made it hard for us to want to do business with them. They also were more expensive then another company we choose to go with. They were good about following up to find our decision.

They are prompt, professional and clean. They are very reliable and they have a very smooth operation. When you call them for an estimate, they show up on time and they call you the day before to confirm. They give you the estimate right on the spot. They are very informed. These guys don't just cut down trees, they are arborist also. They can give you some insight about the health of the trees and some options on how to take care of healthy trees. They come when they say they are going to come. They are done very quickly. They got down two huge trees in three hours. They are very efficient and they clean up.

They arrived on time and they carefully took down both trees. There were cable lines going through those trees. They ground up the trunk, they hauled everything away, and they raked everything up.

They are prompt, understand their business very well and really know how to handle the trees. They are safe, respectful of your property and very reasonably price which is always hard to get in combination with skills.

They cut down some trees. They were prompt, professional and cleaned the area before they left. I would use their services in the future too.
