Excellent, I couldn't be happier with them. The estimator arrived on time as scheduled. Understood the complete job. We talked about different options and what we could afford. On the day the crew was scheduled to do the work they arrived on time. Got the 2 trees down and trimmed up the third. The team worked like a well oiled machine together. They got the trees down and the yard cleaned up inside of 2 hours. There aren't enough words to say how highly I was impressed. I absolutely would use them again.

Appointment for the estimate scheduled promptly, the representative was knowledgeable and efficient. Crew arrived promptly on designed day, confirmed work to be done, and performed everything neatly and quickly. Cleaned up after themselves. Provided insurance cert without being asked. A little more pricey than some of the other quotes, but reliable and solid operation. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service from estimate to end of tree work! Everyone was friendly, punctual, and answered all our questions. Dan Miller examined of all our trees and answered all our questions/ addressed all of our concerns. We then received the estimate through email promptly. Scheduling was a breeze. The crew was fast, professional, and did a thorough job at cleaning up. They also took care of all our concerns regarding the squirrel nest we had on one of our trees. One of the reasons we hired Adirondack was because of their work with the Second Chance Wildlife Center. We would not hesitate to recommend their service and will use them again in the future. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The estimator was on time, discussed all of the options with us and gave us an estimate. The work was done within a week. The crew was courteous (there was one loud crash on the roof) and left the yard absolutely clean and free of tree debris. I would use them again.

I had a clump of four small trees along my property fence that damaging the lawn and blocking sunlight. I called Adirondack and they quickly scheduled an appointment to give an estimate. I agreed to the work and the same day was put on the schedule. They arrived shortly before the time given and went right to work. As no climbing was needed they quickly cut down the trees, removed them and ground them up in their mulcher. They thoroughly cleaned up the all the yard waste around the site and around the mulching machine. The crew was efficient, professional and excellent in all they did from the estimate to scheduling, keeping in communication and getting the work done. Great service all around.

Crew arrived on time, did the necessary trimming and cleared up my garden and neighbors' yards. They took care not to damage other trees and shrubs. They gave me advice on future action for the tree. Their quote was very reasonable and I would use them again.

This team of workers were nothing short of AWESOME!!! They were on time, they worked very well together, and exhibited professionalism at every stage of the removal process. Great experience. I obtained multiple estimates and recommendations and Adirondack was professional and reasonable and did not try to oversell me on what work would be required. Very reasonable price for the amount of work completed. Cleaned up afterward. Very happy!

Very happy with the experience. Price was reasonable. The crew showed up on time and made quick work of trimming the tree. The tree is looking much better than before. The arborist/foreman even took a look at our formerly sick dogwood (when we bought the house, it was completely covered in ivy) and trimmed some low dead branches free of charge while the crew worked.

The Adirondack crew, lead by Mr. Chillemi, finished the trimming and left the cables strewn across the street, the neighbors lawn and our driveway. I contacted the local police just to inform them that the cables were lying across the street. They sent an officer over to survey the scene. Side note: the cables on the telephone side of the street are in front of a home that has four small children, two of whom have serious handicaps. After spending an hour text chatting with someone from Verizon, I was able to set up a service appointment for sometime between 9am and 5pm tomorrow (they couldn't be more specific than that). In the mean time, the cables lie there and our house remains in disrepair. Finally, we have actually used Adirondack in the past for tree trimming and they have done a good job. I am very disappointed that they have chosen to treat past customers in this way.

The crew was scheduled to arrive between 7:45 and 8:00AM on the scheduled date and they arrived promptly at 7:55. They were very professional, got the job done in short order and cleaned up the site of the damage well beyond my expectations. The only reason I gave them a "C" for responsiveness was because they are so busy and backed up it took almost a month before they could schedule and estimator and do the work. However, it was well worth the wait. Once the estimate had been done it was only a few days before the work was scheduled. They did a great job and I will gladly recommend and use them again.

I had about 10 companies come out for estimates. This company impressed me from the start. When they showed up for the (free) estimate, the guy brought an envelope containing a copy of all the certifications/licenses for the company. They quoted me a very reasonable price, and answered all of my questions. On the day of the service, they showed up a half hour early, ready to go. The job only took about an hour, but they were extremely professional, and cleaned up everything. Looks like there was never a tree there - which is great, because that's what my HOA requires. Throughout the entire process, they were extremely professional, punctual, responsive, and attentive. I would definitely use them again.

Vinnie and his crew showed up on time, knew exactly what they were going to do, reviewed it with me first and got started. They did a great job, including going back and taking a bit more off some of the trees. Cleaned up and left. I really appreciated that they had all the proper equipment and all four men knew what they were supposed to do. I would definitely recommend Adirondack and would use them again myself.

It went great. The guys came in on time between 7:30 to 8:00 am, worked through the day. They finished clean up (no branch left on the yard) around 5:00 pm. A superb job for a very reasonable price.

The estimate seemed high based on work they have done for us in the past, but we had a tree on our house blocking the front door so we went with it. (Our insurance company was covering the cost and the estimator was aware of that). The men who did the work were amazing. They kept safety in mind at all times as they worked from the roof of the house to remove the tree safely without doing further damage or harming themselves. They removed the stumps as well, and did a very nice job of cleaming up debris. We wanted to keep some wood for fire wood and they even cut the logs into fireplace size so that all we needed to do was split them. This was not the first time we have used Adirondack. They had done work for us several times previously. P.S. The date of work listed above is a rough estimate.

The service done by Troy and crew was amazing. The quickly removed the overgrown spruce tree and ground down the stump and ground root. They cleaned up the area when done and it looked amazing. The climbing crew removed a lot of dead wood from the two locust trees in the back yard and the view from the hammock looks amazing (without having to worry a large branch is going to come crashing down). They were very nice and even removed our bird feeders to make sure they would not get broken. They also left some of the larger branches for firewood (nicely cut to length and piled). They were professional and I would highly recommend.

The team arrived on time. After "Vinnie" introduced himself, they immediately set to work. This group of men worked extremely well together. They did the work within the two-hour allotted time. They cleaned up after themselves. At our request, they cut some of the limbs into fireplace-sized logs, and removed all other branches. These trees were in the back yard. They hauled the branches to a chipper they had backed into the driveway. Afterwards, they raked all the areas they had been. We are extremely pleased with this company. I was a bit worried because we got three bids for this job, and their bid came in at half the cost of the lower of the other two. I shouldn't have worried. They are outstanding!

They were great. Punctual, fast, careful, professional, responsive, fixing the fence was not in the contract but they did it anyway. Their price was lower than other estimates.

They were scheduled to arrive at my house between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. When I arrived home at 11:55 a.m. they were already there and had already begun to work. They finished working in less than an hour. They removed all the branches and debris. They were very neat. I did not have any clean up work to do after they left.

We were not home for the entire time, but our neighbor gave us a full report. The team worked 6 hours and it was a well oiled machine. They cleaned up after themselves such that we couldn't tell they'd been there except for the dead wood we had instructed them to leave as it fell. For the estimate, a very knowledgeable person came out and talked us through the entire property. He made recommendations that we agreed with completely. He marked trees to be cut or trimmed with colored push pins. We were completely satisfied and will use them again.
