Found Wayne on Angie's List, called at about 7am. Wayne immediately answered. He asked a few quick over-the-phone questions to rule out simpler fixes and was at my house in a few hours (after a previously-scheduled appointment). He was quick to diagnose the problem and the well pump was removed and a new one installed very quickly. He was personable, professional and definitely knows his stuff. It's obvious he has a lot of experience in his trade. The price was reasonable and we had water service restored to the house quickly, despite light rain, cold and already having snow on the ground from a storm a few weeks ago (with an impending 8-10" coming tonight into tomorrow!) I have a few other plumbing issues I'd like to fix and will definitely be calling Wayne in the future. I HIGHLY recommend him.

I think Saffer is a great service provider. My experience was good. They had good integrity . I already referred them to a family member. Keep up the good work Saffer! We will call you again.

We called Wayne and asked what the cost would be to install two faucets. He quoted me over the phone and told me what type of faucet would be the best. We went out the next day and bought them. Called Wayne and he came out two days later. He was here for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The faucets work great. I would definitely hire him again.

Dh was eventually able to replace the pipe, but we was not sure it was done properly so we had Wayne come out to double check or re-do the work. When he arrived in inspected the work and said the work DH had done to replace the drain in the master bath sink was done well and he did not need to do any work. So he left without charging us for the visit, which unexpected since he had taken time out of his day to help us out. We have used him for our plumbing repairs for several years. He is always professional and willing to offer options for the repair. He is a pleasure to talk with and knows his job. He is our go to plumber and recommend him often to friends.

is serious about his work. He is always professional, gives choices on repair versus replace, recommended someone else when we replaced a water softener tank,as it benefited us. And his personality is a delight. He is funny! Worth spending time with, although he is always serious about his work. We really can recommend him. And all of the friends who have gotten him as a result of our recommendation feel the same way.

Wayne was very informative with everything he did. From diagnosing why we had low water pressure at the kitchen faucet to exactly how our well pump system worked and why it wasn't working like it should. The kitchen faucet is great as well as water pressure and the well pump is working perfectly. We will need a new bladder tank soon as ours is not holding pressure permantly (per Wayne) and he will get the call when we are ready to replace it. Very pleased.

He is an honest plumber. If it doesn't need done he won't do it. He is very friendly.

WAYNE WAS NOT ABLE TO COME THE SAME DAY BUT DID SHOW WITHIN 48 HOURS. HE FIXED THE PIPE AND DID AN ADEQUATE JOB. NOTHING TO BRAG ABOUT AT ALL. HOWEVER, HE COULD HAVE RIPPED ME OFF AND DIDN'T.

WAYNE'S PLUMBING SERVICE IS AFFORDABLE AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK IS OUTSTANDING. I TRUST THEIR WORK AND HE DOESN'T TRY TO SELL YOU THINGS YOU DON'T NEED.
