Andy and his crew were prompt and courteous. Unfortunately, Andy seems to have a problem with responding to some issues that needed to be corrected.

What a great company to deal with. We had Walrus Windows wash 23 windows (outside only). They did a great job! No streaks and clear glass. I would definitely hire them again.

They did a wonderful job, the 3 young men they sent to do the job were very nice. I will continue to use them. They made sure all the doors and windows were locked before they left. I was very impressed.

They did good upstairs but they failed me downstairs. I even told them I would pay them extra to clean the tracks. The owner was very nice and did a great job on the upstairs. However, his helper who worked on the downstairs didn't do well. I called him and left a voicemail and I have never heard back. He could have done me the courtesy of at least calling back or coming back to my home to clean the downstairs door tracks. I trusted them so much to do the door tracks downstairs, I even gave each of them a $10 tip. They were very polite and considerate, didn't track any dirt in. I would use them again but I would like to speak to him first.

After purchasing the 10 windows for $79.00 Angies List deal, Andy the owner of Walrus Window Cleaning contacted me right away to schedule, on a weekend no less. He was extremely responsive and it was easy to schedule the work. I actually had 11 windows so it was only $8.00 more for the additional window. Andy and his assistant arrived on time and were very nice and professional. They washed my windows and cleaned the exterior frames as agreed, they are now sparkling! Thanks Andy, I will definitely keep you on file for future services.

Alex Szopa visited and had a good set of insights into how to proceed. Prepared estimate. This was for a bay window in masonry, and as the work proceed considerable custom carpentry was required. Marvin windows were installed in the new custom frames. All very nicely down.
