+ 0 moreThe guys did a great job, cleaned everything well. They were conscientious about my concern for being on a well and did not use excessive amounts of water at any time, alternating periods of cleaning. They were also careful not to damage shingles when cleaning my roof.
Description of Work: Power wash house, 12'x16' shed, 16'x24' deck, block wall and a very long sidewalk. Coat sidewalk with clear sealer.

+ -1 moreOverall, It went well. We now have a very nice patio which looks fresh and new. We chose a tile pattern with brick edging in a color scheme to match our siding. We were really pleased. Bob and his team were very good to work with and did a good job with clean up as well. They were very focused on the quality of their work and they stuck to the agreed budget. We would use them again.
Description of Work: Refurbished existing concrete patio and walkway. Applied ultra seal cement product. It was a great solution for our old and tired concrete patio.

Description of Work: I came across this company at a home show and they followed up with a phone call to see if I needed an estimate. I had a front patio surface made of bricks covered by ceramic tile that ran the length of the house. The tiles were dangerous and broken and the area was uneven. Ultra seal systems spent four days in the process, first removing the broken tiles, leveling the surface, applying concrete, coloring the concrete and making a design that simulated historic tiles. The new surface was then covered with two coats of sealant and a non-skid surface. They also powerwashed my real brick walkway leading to the patio surface. The match between the real bricks and these new fake designed bricks is wonderful and took care of the broken tiles with the uneven surface as well as improving the cosmetic appearance of the 1890 house. This company offers a high tech solution to the replacement of historic ceramic tiles.
