Description of Work: Stephan cleaned our family room carpet and an area rug. He was on time, very efficient and did a great job. Stephan is very proud of his work and is always willing to do extra jobs when I ask. He is the only one I would use to clean my carpets.

THEY ARE HONEST ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS THEY MAY HAVE. ONE SPOT ON THE CARPET WAS NOT OUT COMPLETELY, AND THE OWNER, STEPHAN, NOT ONLY TOLD ME ABOUT IT, BUT TOLD ME WHAT TO DO THE NEXT DAY TO COMPLETE THE CLEANING AND LEFT A WHITE TOWEL TO DO IT. THAT IS REAL SERVICE!
