+ -1 moreTHIS DEFINITELY WENT BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY FOR THE SALES REP. HE WAS THE DECIDING FACTOR IN OUR PURCHASING THE EQUIPMENT. WITHOUT THE INSTALLATION ASSISTANCE, WE WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED WHAT WE DID.
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED A HOME THEATER SYSTEM INCLUDING A 60 INCH HDTV, RECEIVER, 7 BOSE SPEAKERS, DVD PLAYER, SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM AND CABLE WIRES. A STORE SALES REPRESENTATIVE CAME OVER ON HIS DAY OFF TO HELP US INSTALL THE EQUIPMENT.

+ -1 moreTWEETER WAS SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT TO GET IN TOUCH WITH WHEN ATTEMPTING TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT. WE ALWAYS HAD TO WAIT FOR A CALL BACK AND THEN ATTEMPT TO SCHEDULE A TIME WHEN THEY WERE GOING HAVE A TECH IN THE AREA. WE WOULD NOT SAY THAT THEY ARE OFFER HASSLE FREE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ANY MEANS.
Description of Work: IN HOME SERVICE WAS PERFORMED ON OUR 52' TOSHIBA PROJECTION TV PURCHASED AT TWEETER. THE TV WAS BEGINNING TO GET A POOR PICTURE. CLEANING AND ADJUSTMENT SOLVED THE PROBLEM

+ -1 moreDOUG CLOSE FROM TWEETER WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE VISITED OUR HOME AND PROVIDED SEVERAL OPTIONS FOR THE SPEAKERS AND RECEIVER TO MAKE OUR HOME THEATER EXPERIENCE THE BEST IT COULD BE.
Description of Work: PURCHASED AND INSTALLED A BIG SCREEN SIXTY-FIVE INCH TELEVISION AND A 7 SPEAKER SURROUND SOUND STEREO HOME THEATER.
