Just closed on our new home, and carpets on all 3 levels needs to be cleaned. Called George on Friday evening, and he was at our home Sunday morning....over Memorial Day weekend. George was 100% professional and executed his services flawlessly. Placed corner guards throughout our home to protect the moldings and paint, and ensured that his feet were clean. His hoses and equipment were spotlessly clean. Polite, knowledgeable and fair. George is #1 with us, and we will continue to use his services in the future. We will refer George to as many people as we can! Excellet, Excellent, Excellent!!!!

I called up Royal Carpet from a list of providers on Angies list. His services were local to our home. We discussed the options over the phone and set up a time for cleaning. He called the day before to remind us of the appointment and then again approx 30 min before arriving.

Royal Carpet Cleaners is an exceptional company! If we could give a grading of more than an A, we would. George, the owner, came and cleaned all the carpets in our house along with a couch and recliner in our family room. He was able to get a stain out of the carpet in our basement that a previous carpet cleaner said they couldn't. He did an excellent cleaning job on the entire house. On top of that, we had an issue with water flooding in our basement later that afternoon after he had finished cleaing our carpets and left for the day. We called him back and he was back at our house within 1/2 hr cleaning the flood for us. George lives up to the idea of "excellent customer service". I'm pretty sure any other carpet cleaner would not have come to our house that quick. George really cares about his customers. We will no doubt use him again for future cleaning.

Spring cleaning isn't complete without George! From top to bottom, the difference after a Royal Carpet cleaning is amazing. The price is better than reasonable. I will definitely continue to utilize this service and recommend George to all my local friends and family. Thanks again!

He was very professional. He was very careful to not do something without checking with me first. I would highly recommend him. He is very prompt and on-time. He worked in a timely fashion.

The owner was very prompt with returning my call, he showed up on time, and did a great job! I have light colored carpets that show everything. He spot treated all of the areas, explained the benefits his machinery has over other cleaners, and took care to get everything out possible. They look like new again. I had the Bane clean used the last time which this company does not use and the carpets did not come out as good and were left very wet.

George cleaned our dirty carpets, removed stains and even loaned us drying fans to dry our carpets faster when he finished.

When we came home after the air duct cleaning, the whole house smelled fresh and clean. George had not only cleaned the ducts, but also applied an antimicrobial product to prevent mold. In addition, when cleaning my dryer vent, George noticed that the vent had become detached from the dryer and fixed it. George is always professional, courteous and thorough in providing his cleaning services. Pricing is accurate and fair.

George the carpet cleaner & his son called 15 min before appt to tell me they were on time. Professionally cleaned my white carpet so they look new. Very professional.

A cracked pipe in my kitchen caused a major water leak into my basement. The ceiling had fallen onto the floor, and the carpet in my finished basement looked absolutely unsalvageable. George came to my home within 30 minutes after my call. He was committed to getting the work done for me that evening in order to save the carpet. He worked after hours on a Friday evening, during a severe storm with confirmed tornados in the area. He was even kind enough to leave some equipment in my home until the next day in order to be sure the carpet was thoroughly dry.George was pleasant and professional, and went above and beyond in providing excellent service during my emergency. He's got a new customer for life!
