George did a superior job. He was prompt, polite, efficient, and very willing to share ideas on how to keep my carpets looking good. He did both wall-to-wall and wool patterned rugs. All look so much brighter!

My Angie's List membership paid for itself since I was able to find Royal Carpet Cleaners and all the glowing reviews. And George K, the owner, deserves this praise. We are in the process of putting our house on the market, and our carpet needed cleaning! I called George after reading all the reviews, and he set me up with an appointment promptly. I then had to call him back and change the appointment (after pushing him for an early show!). George calmly and politely changed the appointment to meet my schedule. He then called with a reminder the night before and again a half hour before showing up. He showed up on time and explained the steps he would take. And the job he did is BEAUTIFUL. I wish we had taken before and after photos. The ten-year old carpet looks new again. It even smells better since he used a deodorizer as well (we have dogs). I just wish I could give George K an A ++ and not a regular A rating. Not only would I just Royal Carpet again, I would definitely recommend this business if anyone asks for a great carpet cleaning business.

George, the owner, was highly professional and punctual. He called in advance to tell me he was on the way and showed up on time. He provided furniture pads and shoe coverings to protect the carpet while drying. There were some really tough stains in the landing that George was able to restore so that it looked new.

When arranging the appointment George was very nice and accommodated our need for an early 7 am appointment on Saturday. He called to confirm the appointment the day before. He called 15 minutes before our appointment to let us know he was on the way and arrived right on time. George carefully measured the area and made sure we would only pay for what he was cleaning. He also honored the Angie's list coupon. There were many spots on our carpet and I figured that they would not all be able to be removed. What George did was amazing. He got all the spots clean. There was only one tiny speck that couldn't be removed. This was way better than I expected. If your looking for an honest hardworking businessman George is your guy. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

He arrived on time and called before he arrived. He was careful with our furniture and used corner protectors to keep the walls from getting nicked. He was only here for two hours and even cleaned our scatter rugs. In most places the carpet dried within a few hours.I would definitely call him again and recommend him to my friends!

I contacted George, the owner, about providing me an estimate the third week of October. He met me at the property. This property is a rental that I'm getting to sell. The property is vacant. George is very pleasant and professional. He explained what he would do and the reasons why some areas would not come clean. After measuring each room he quoted me a price that I thought was great. I explained that I was having the property painted and wanted him to come in behind the painters on 11/8/2013. He said was was extremely busy, but could schedule me for the afternoon on the 8th. On 11/6/2013, I contacted George to explain that the painters would not be completed on the 8th and asked if he could move my appointment forward a few days. I felt just terrible having to ask given he was booked two weeks out. He said he would work with me and to update him on Friday the 8th. I called him back on Friday and he agreed to complete work on Monday (11/11) afternoon. On 11/11/2013, George called and let me know he was on his way. He arrived earlier than I had anticipated, which I appreciated. George pre-treated and cleaned all the carpets. He was done in roughly two hours. Even though the floors were still wet, the carpets looks great! As a rental, the carpets were stained. He said the carpets would look better the next day after they fully dried. I can't say enough about how grateful I am that George accommodated me. He's a true professional who really cares about pleasing the customer. I would highly recommend him. And, I would use his services again. Thanks George!!

Excellent experience from start to finish. Rearranged his schedule to come out for estimate. We set up appointment for the following Saturday. George called the day before to confirm he was coming. He came exactly on time. We have a faux suede sectional. It was supposed to be red, but it was now black, and red. When he came out he was professionally dressed, and his van was neat, and orderly. We are used to seeing disheveled workers van. He laid out a mat so as not to damage the hardwood floor. He had warned us that it would not look like new, but close. He quickly cleaned the entire sectional, even the back, and hidden parts. The sofa is now 99% looking new. Overall experience was excellent.

George was nice enough to come out on a Sunday and clean the carpets for a move out date cleaning, and almost At the last minute. He was able to perform a miracle and took old tired carpet and clean it back up to a beautiful clean state. He came on time, performed the work quickly and was friendly and professional. I will definitely call on Royal Carpet Cleaners again.

George showed up on time. We discussed the condition of the carpet and my concern that many of the stains may not come out. George took care of all the spot and didn't charge me extra. He did a wonderful job. My carpet looked almost new!

Mr. Kafkakis (owner) was on time and ready to work. He put bump guards on all the wall corners to protect them, which I have never seen a carpet cleaning company do before. The carpets came out great. He even cleaned a small area rug just because he thought it needed it, without charging us. I will definite use him again and his price was more than reasonable.

I called needing carpets cleaned ASAP and was greeted with a very friendly professional gentleman. My time line was short and Royal carpet was very accommodating. I had a small window of time after the painters were done and he was able to work around my schedule. The carpets were atrocious.... I was hoping I would not have to replace the current carpet but a miracle was preformed and they look almost new!!!!! The representative for the company explained with detail what I may expect but the finished product exceeded this. I will always use this company for both my own home and my rental property. I called the phone # provided on Angie's List, The owner answered the phone. He said he was in the neighbor hood doing a estimate and could be at my house in 30 mins. He showed up right away. He took a walk through of my house and told me what furniture he could move to clean under and furniture he couldn't. I was very happy with his response. Then I told him what type of carpet cleaning I was looking for and could he do that for me. I pointed out the heavy traffic area's and I wanted to know if he could fluff the carpet up in these areas. He told me yes he could but he need to use a different type of machine. He said it normally cost more for that service, but since I was a Angie's List member he wouldn't charge me. He also told me he would use prespot with emzyms on areas that needed it. He also said he would use a deodorizer with the Rotary Extraction Machine. He work out a date that fit in may schedule. Everything he said he would do for me he wrote it up on a work order slip. He told me that he was the owner and he would be doing all of the work himself. He showed up on the date and time promised and called me the night before to remind me and the morning right before he was coming. He first showed he spot cleaned and deodorized the carpet first. Then he showed me what the carpet would look like with the Rotary Extraction machine would like in the heaviest walking area before he did the whole carpet. He asked me if I would be satisfied and I told him YES....I was very happy. He completed everything He promised and then some. I will use him from here on out!

He was very nice and flexible. He was able to fit us in last minute. He cleaned all the carpets in our newly purchased house. They look so much better. The prior owners had multiple pets, so there were many stains on the carpet. Now they look much better.

From the time I contacted George to the day he provided service, George was a total professional. His attitude and work was the best I have seen. I have used several companies in my lifetime to clean my carpets and I must say this company was the BEST! Not only was the work done excellent but the price was lower then what I thought it would be. I would recommend this company over anyone else!

I called for an estimate and he came out the same day and gave me a very thorough estimate. He measured and told me what he could and couldn’t do. He told me what furniture he could move and said he would do so with blocks and clean everything under and around. He was very professional and even showed me his license. I felt very comfortable with him and had extreme confidence in him after reading reviews. He called before he came out to confirm. I actually called back to adjust the time and he accommodated us. His son assisted him with the job. He even used edge guards so nothing got wet. My white carpet looks brand new now.

They are awesome! The gentleman did a very nice job. We would go back to them when we need additional services. We had used Stanley Steemer for years prior. We don't have any complaints about them, but I felt this guy was a class above! The carpets stayed cleaner longer, looked better when done, and the prices were better.
