Royal Carpet Cleaners literally just left my house about 5 minutes ago. They did a FANTASTIC job as we are very pleased with the service they provided across the board as well as the outcome of the carpet cleaning. You can tell that they really care about their business, the service they provide and their product. We couldn't be more pleased and will certainly be back in the future for our carpet cleaning needs. Job well done!!!!

Very happy with service. Did thorough job; professional and courteous. A two person team so could and did move furniture to ensure effective cleaning.

George did everything he promised he would! He called the day before he was scheduled just to confirm the appointment. He called the day of to advise when he was on his way and we could expect him. George was very thorough in his work and provided us with a free bottle of cleaner. The cleaner is safe around children and pets which is fantastic since we're new parents with an older dog. My Mom first used Royal Carpet Cleaners and was super impressed. It was obvious I'd try his services too. I will recommend George and his company to all my family and friends. The next time we need our carpets serviced - we'll be calling him without hesitation!

Small family run business, very hard working. George came within a day to see my home and provide an estimate. He covered his shoes upon entering my home, measured the areas to be cleaned and provided a very reasonable estimate. I got a call the night before to confirm the appointment and another call the day of the appointment to tell me he was on his way. George and his wife Vickie did a very thorough job, spot cleaning where needed. He also cleaned a wool area rug in my dining room -- it looks like new! Cushion pads where left under each leg of furniture. A bottle of spot cleaner was left behind as a courtesy. I could not have asked for anything more. His service exceeds others I have used in the past. George goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. You cannot go wrong hiring this company to clean your carpets. Stop hiring the big guys and go with a local hard working family who will do a better job for a better price. I will most definitely use them again in the future.

Owner/operator is very professional. Replied to my first attempt to contact him within a matter of hours. Had safeguards to protect walls/corners from his cleaning machine hoses leading back to his truck outside. Took adequate time to pretreat stains and did not rush any work. Wore shoe covers. Established cost of service based on the square footage he cleaned, rather than by simple number of rooms involved, which I appreciated. Left bottle of spot treatment solution with us. Will use again.

I called Royal on short notice to have carpets cleaned for annupcoming party at our house. My first call was answered in person (and I called before the listed operating hours). George was able to fit me in and the work done was fantastic. His communication was excellent, everything he said he was going to do, was done. The price was great and the service even better. First time using Royal Carpet Cleaners. They were very professional and showed up on time (early actually). My carpets look brand new! Great value too!

Provider came to house and gave me an estimate and explained what was included in the price. He also called in the morning to let me know he was on his way which was very nice. I am very pleased with how my carpets look.

They did a great job. Very professional and friendly. They even got some stains out that we didn't think would come out.

I sent them an e-mail at 8pm on 3/18 with a few questions. They responded right away and gave me a few available dates in the next week they could come out, including 10:30 am the next day. They showed up at 10:15 the next day and by noon my carpets were finished. Did a great job, my carpets have never looked better.

George arrived on-time and completed the work efficiently. Carpet was damaged/stained due to basement flooding. All stains were removed and the carpet looks like new. From the initial appointment through to completion of the work George was prompt, courteous and thorough. Would recommend and certainly plan to use again when the need arises.

I got a message stating someone would follow up with me to schedule. I did not hear from them, so I called the company and got a message stating they were not available until February 28th.

It was a Big Deal purchase. They did a nice job. I think I paid extra and they did the deck. They are a very nice family business.

Russ Jensen was the tech who performed the service. He arrived on time. We then spent the next 20 minutes or so viewing each of the carpets/areas that required cleaning. Russ provided details on how he would tackle the job. I have lots of pet stains that i previously attempted to remove (without success). Russ explained that the stains may not completely be removed and he was correct. Even so the areas with the pet stains were significantly improved. Quite honestly I didn't expect them to come out as well as they did. These were stains that had been in place for quite a long time. Once finished Russ explained how to keep the carpets looking good and recommended products that would work best. The carpets look wonderful. I plan on using OXI in the future and will specifically request Russ!

Extremely responsive and professional. Royal carpet was extremely accommodating with their scheduling. The job was done perfectly with no dawdling. Very happy with the finished product. Pet odor and kid stains are all gone. Wish I had called sooner. Will definitely call again. You should too. Plan on recommending.

Provider did an excellent job-was punctual, brought all supplies needed, explained all steps involved in the cleaning process, encouraged me to watch as they did the work, and answered any questions I had. Carpet and sofa/loveseat look so much better. I would definitely use this provider again and highly recommended them!!

royal carpet was incredible. In a world where i cant seem to get a contractor to respond, much less show up, they were fast to respond, faster to set a date and INCREDIBLE to work with. They actually had the professionalism to cal the day of the cleaning to ask if it was ok to come early. they did their work in a few hours and asked me for my opinion as they went along. We had quite a few stains in the boys rooms and some odd oil stains in the master bedroom--EVERYTHING came up and all 5 rooms are beautiful. i will all contractors would work at half the level Royal Carpet does.

I discovered Royal Carpet Cleaning on Angie's List and based on others' ratings, contacted the company to clean our 16-yr old carpeting some if which had a few pet urine stains. George advised in advance that he may not be able to totally remove the stains or odor. Knowing that was a possibility, we went ahead with the deep cleaning of the carpeting and are really pleased with the results. The carpets look brand new, feel great to walk on, and the major stains are completely gone. The carpets smell fresh and look amazing. I highly recommend Royal Carpet Cleaning. George is the utmost professional - he explained the process in detail so there were no surprises, showed up on time, thoroughly cleaned the carpets, and was most courteous throughout the entire process. We will absolutely call on Royal Carpet Cleaning when we need the carpets cleaned in the future. They are the best by far!

This is the second time George has been to my home in a week. He did such a great job on our carpets (entire house) that we asked him to ome back and clean our sectional sofa and oversized chair. He is fantastic. He arrives exactly when he says he will be there and all of his work is top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

He called to verify the appointment, followed up with an "on the way" call and arrived on time. He was friendly and professional and did an excellent job in cleaning the carpeting and the rugs. I would definitely recommend his services.
