We contacted Pure Air for emergency furnace/boiler repair in our home and we ended up having to replace the unit. They recommended a combination hot water heater/boiler unit and we decided that was the way to go. The work was done very well, and all of the folks from the company were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The installation took a little longer than expected, so they even came back on a Saturday to finish the job. I had a couple of questions after and sent an email and they responded right away even though it was a Sunday. We're so pleased with the new system and the work that the Pure Air team did, that we will use them for all of our HVAC needs and will happily recommend them to others.

They were willing to come back and correct the problem the second time without any charge to me.

Was told they would show between 10 am and 4 pm. They never showed up. Very unprofessional. A call or message saying they would be late or need to reschedule would have been perfectly acceptable.

I got an appointment at a convenient time for me. They got my heat working but my circuit failed again the next day. I called them back and they made it out the same day. They ordered my new part and put that in as soon as possible. A reliable and good company.

Included cost for visit and repair in a year service agreement I purchased - great value.

Excellent Service! As soon as I put in a request I received a call was able to make appointment for the next day. (They even offered same day but I wasn't able to make it work for me). Frank walked me through the process on the phone for all of my concerns and when he came the next day everything was just like he said and quoted. He texted me to let me know when he'd be here and was on time. He was able to help me with all my concerns plus a few extras that I thought of when he got here. Great job Frank, I definitely recommend these guys.
