This was my second time using Precision Electrical. Jay gave me a quote on the phone and lined up the work within 2 weeks. Justin and Jayden arrived on time and were very easy to work with. They provided quality service. It was a hot day and they worked through the heat to run the wire.

They diagnosed the problems and fixed the issues at a reasonable cost. I would definitely call Precision Electric again.

Absolutely great. Was able to get a convenient appointment right away, the electrician arrived on time, worked efficiently and was very pleasant. Will be contacting Precision again in the future for additional work we want to have done.

They showed up an hour early (said they would have come back at the appointed time if I had not been there). One switch installation initially did not function correctly.

Jay promptly contacted me to schedule the appointment; he provided a two-hour window for arrival. I asked that I be called when the mechanic was on the way; Jay did so even though he doesn't normally do this. I appreciate him following through doing this. Andrew arrived on time and was very pleasant. The issue was quickly identified as a bad dimmer switch. The switch was replaced. I would recommend Precision Electrical Solutions and will use it again.

I was very pleased with that work that was done. He didn't take a lot of time and he was good at what he did. He was very pleasant to work with. I had purchased 2 hours of work and he was able to get everything I needed done within an hour. I was satisfied that he got it done so I didn't ask for any money back.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with PES. Jay and his guys installed a 200amp box, brought my house up to code, and made it look good. Grounding was done properly and neatly. Inside of the 200 amp box was especially tidy, I was really impressed. Service was also quick, they were in and out in much less time than they estimated, which was really impressive. Top notch quality at the a great price. I would definitely recommend them.

First off - Jay, the individual I spoke with on the phone, was very quick to return voicemails where other companies I had contacted did not. Also, when the technician had to be rescheduled for a another day, he called immediately to make sure I knew and to make sure that the work was to my liking. The technician, Justin, was polite, professional, and more importantly, got my smart light switches working. Even when there was an electrical situation that prevented use of the smart switches, he let me know exactly what was up and why he would advise against installing (in both cases, making them work would've produced a possible fire hazard due to the wonky wiring in my house). This happened with only two three-way switches, which was not an issue for me. I am extremely happy with the service provided and would highly recommend them to anyone.

It went very well. It seemed to be a reasonable price for what he performed. They responded very well. He was there right on time. They were pretty professional. He had me call the manager about the price difference and worked it out with me. Just make absolutely sure when buying the deal, that you read all of the fine bullet points. We had a minor miscommunication over the fact that a 200 amp circuit breaker would cost a little bit more than the deal had specified. The deal was for a 100 amp and when we talked about it, he asked if I wanted to upgrade. I said no, that I already had 200 amp not knowing that also meant they would have to replace it with a 200 amp, meaning it would've cost more than the 100 amp that was in the ad. The owner was very nice about it and ended up cutting $50 off of the price. I am not dinging him for that, but just be sure to clarify on the finer print detail.

The company was easy to schedule with, showed up on time, and took care of each item on my list. The person who completed the work, Andrew, was professional and friendly.

We called Precision early in the week and were extremely pleased that they were able to send someone by Friday of the same week. There was snow and ice that morning, which caused our electrician to be late, but he called to let us know that would be the case. Installation of the switches went fairly smoothly until testing at the very end, as he had never seen the type of switch we had purchased. When he could not figure out why the switch was testing the way it was, I contacted the switch company myself and they gave us information to test the product. Despite the extended time (and therefore cost) it took to figure out the switch, I was feeling pretty pleased with the service and prepared to give a great review. But I guess only one of the two sets of switches was tested, because when I wired my lights the following day, I discovered that one set of lights would not turn on. We contacted the company but also went ahead and called the switch company, who helpfully walked me through pulling the switches out of the wall to discover that the malfunctioning switch was wired improperly (the same color wire did not go to the same screws). I rewired the switch and got the lights working, which is great, but extremely frustrating because the problem cost me over an hour due to troubleshooting and hold times on the phone and the entire reason we decided to spend money on an electrician was to save time and hassle. I will say that Jay did call us back later the same day we called with the problem, even though it was a Saturday, which was appreciated. The review made me answer the question "would you hire again" with a yes or no. I said yes, because I would probably give them another chance, but fall much more squarely in the "maybe" category.

I can say enough good things about Precision. The appointment was made to fit my schedule, the electrician arrived promptly at the time requested, the diagnosis was performed by inspecting everything from the basement to the attic and the problem was resolved all within the allotted time. The electrician doing the work was very professional and pleasant to work with. He even seemed to enjoy doing the work the entire time he was performing his assigned task. I would recommend Precision to anyone that needed to have any electrical work. Thank you, Precision, for a job well done!
