Shelby seamlessly handled everything administratively. Mark assessed our situation, expertly recommended our options and set expectations from a construction and financial perspective. Doing the installation work was Adam, who was fantastic. He and his team (including Zack, Rodney, and Chris) were completely professional, competent and hardworking. In just two days, they installed two french drains, dug two pits, installed two sump pumps with two back up batteries, and a window drain to help solve our basement flooding issues that we've been dealing with for the past four years. Both Mark and Adam checked in before, during, and after the job to make sure all my questions were answered and there were no surprises, AND kept to their estimated time frame and total cost. After three pretty significant storms since completing the job, our basement has remained bone dry. We no longer have to worry and panic every time it rains. Again, I would never wish basement flooding issues on any homeowner, but if anyone I know needs a reputable and quality waterproofing company -- one who knows what they're doing and doesn't price gouge you -- I will forever recommend Oriole.

Great! Did all work within a reasonable timetable. Workers were very professional, polite and knowledgeable as to the job at hand. Would definitely refer to friends and family or even contact for myself if needed. Had an issue with a faulty outlet, contacted Mark several times and he was very helpful In getting problem resolved. He even sent one of his workers back to make sure work had been completed properly. No ow that is customer service!!!!!!

These guys are the best! The finished product of cementing the floor where drain pipe was laid was superb. The contractor I hired to install carpet and tile complimented their work and said it was the best he has ever seen. I had a crack in a wall behind my water heater and they fixed that and to date, a nice dry basement! Oriole is number one!
