He came out after a long delay. We've been emailing each other back and forth, and that's when he suggested to come out. When he came out he continued walking back and forth and said "Well, I can't do the ceilings without it being an extra cost."

Mike provided excellent service. One bathroom and one powder room was painted. He is truely a skilled painter. No tape was used a and all trim work was precise. Additional time was remaining and Mike used this time to caulk around the tile

The job went very well. Mike showed up right on the dot and did a great job. His edging was perfect and he also did the trim, which I don't think he was expecting to do, but it was no problem. He did one coat of paint and asked how I liked the color and I couldn't tell a difference between the original color and the new color (my fault) and he had no problem with me running out to Home Depot to get my back-up color, which I love. He left no mess at all. Friendly, too. It ended up costing me a little more than the original deal price but considering he had to wait while I ran to get another can of paint and doing the trim unexpectedly, that was not a problem. Would be happy to use Mike again.

Everything was done quickly and professionally. I was very pleased with everything done and will be using Mike in the future. He did all the work himself which is so much better than using a company where you can never be certain of the quality. I highly recommend him.

It was really nice. I was going to try to have him come back and do additional work. He was friendly. He came on time. He was communicative. He gave me an estimate on something else which I haven't had a chance to go back to him to say I would like it. I thought he was easy to work with. I didn't feel a problem leaving him in my house. I thought he was good. I think his pricing was fair. I liked the quality. He was very responsive. He contacted me right away and it was done within a week. I thought it worked out very well. He was professional.

Michael was prompt and started work on time. We wanted the walls (not trim work or ceiling) painted in our living room, dining room and family room. The work was outstanding. Michael took the time to pay attention to details near the trim and ceilings. He found a few rough spots on the wall and took the time to sand them down. The service and workmanship totally exceeded my expectations. We have him scheduled to come back and paint our kitchen. Highly recommended!!!

Mr. Norris was hired to paint. He did an excellent job and the walls that were painted looks great. He was punctual and very professional. I purchased the 8 hour service. Excellent! Mike Norris came to us through a recommendation from a professional colleague. He provided painting services that were excellent in quality/craftmanship and customer service. I highly recommend Norris Home Improvements & Remodelling for your personal and business needs. Mike was initially hired to paint a new entry door system at our home. This in turn led to him painting the entire two story entry foyer and then the adjoining rooms which of couse led to the remaining rooms in the house. New walls and old carpet did not work, so, Mike organized a carpet sub-contractor to complete the project. We enjoyed Mike's professionalism and personality and still call on him for our home improvement needs.
