Description of Work: Mike, did an excellent job refinishing our deck, replacing a bathroom fan, fixing a front door latch, replacing a kitchen light lens and installing a safety bar into a doorway. He was reliable, punctual and his prices are reasonable. I will use him again as needed.

Description of Work: I had several small jobs that included: pressure washing, patching a damaged cieling, replacing rotted wood at bottom of a patio door, reattaching a piece of plywood that came down as well as some exterior painting.
