We were very pleased with their professionalism, promptness in responding, and completeness of the report. They were also very personable.
Description of Work: We had renovated a house totally and needed an appraisal to set the sale price. Maryland Realty & Appraisals representatives, a father and son, came to our house, looked at everything, measured and asked us questions then sent us a comprehensive report with figures, photos of our house plus houses close by used for comparisons.

They answered our initial call within two hours, explained their services and fee and arranged a mutually convenient time to inspect the property. The appraisers arrived on time and were very professional during the inspection. As promised, they e-mailed our report in PDF a few days later. We had a follow up question which they called to answer the next day.

Maryland Realty & Appraisals arrived promptly at the set appointment time, were very professional, and were a pleasure to talk to. They emailed me the appraisal within 2 days of being out at my property. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. Definitely an A+ company!
