Company members threaten to beat your a** after they drive through your front lawn leaving massive truck tire ruts. Do yourself a favor and give your money to a concrete company that doesn’t damage peoples property. 🖕
Description of Work: House is being built across the street from my house. Their trucks left massive ruts on my land when turning into their homesite. They verbally threatened me after I took precautions to protect my land after zero interaction with the driver. I would find a better concrete company that has respect for people and personal property. As they have absolutely none. They will ruin your land.

Maryland Concrete came over, and I was impressed with them, but I didn't choose them cause of the pricing. The estimate was a bit higher than some competitors, so I decided to go with someone cheaper.

Most of the prices I got were close, but one was cheaper. However I didn't feel comfortable using that company due to their lack of suggestions and help as compared to Maryland Concrete Foundation. The estimator did an incredible job of suggesting ways to make my foundation better, found some problems that would have been impossible to fix in the future, and had no problem going back in and making change after change to my bid! He offered extras I knew nothing about, certian walls should be thicker due to high back fill, rebar in the wall that wasn't on my house plan but makes the walls much stronger. And much better foundation coatings, drain systems that again not required but will last longer and keep a drier basement! The suggestions he had were above and beyond what I was building and many cost no extra money, like he placed a radon sump pit in the basement for free and I was able to have my plumber place a exit pipe for the gasses in it. And he suggested I put traps in any drain pipes in the floor, like the condensate line for the A/C unit, he said radon gases can come up through it. The guy was incredibly knowledgeable when it came to everything. The other contractor was going to install a regular sump pit that doesn't seal, if I had radon problems in the future it would have had to be torn out! And he designed concrete steps for me outside all custom, I haven't seen anything else like it. The sidewalks also came out great, his radius design worked out great for the landscaping in front of the house. A friend of ours builds houses and recommended them, and we are glad we listened. WE can't thank them enough for the extra help they provided.
Description of Work: Maryland Concrete Foundations installed a new concrete foundation for a home I built in Monkton, MD. They installed footings, concrete walls, water proofed the walls, drain system instaltion, and concrete flat work like our basment, garage, side walks, steps, patios, and more
