hardwood floor

Description of Work: I bought hardwood Flooring from Linda's Flooring. I was totally very unsatisfied with her service. She deceived me, did not give any information about the product. It was not oak as I thought and bargained for, and never responded my ongoing questions while it was being installed as I planned. The wood ended up being 'ash' wood which I have never heard of before. I found this out with my own research. She did not take anything back even the piece she suggested I needed. She did not accommodate me in any way. The wood got smashed easily, cracked during installation there are dents and cracks on some of the wood. I called her saying come and get your wood, she said she would contact her manufacturer she never did. So, I am stuck with the horrible service and not so satisfactory hardwood flooring.

+ -1 moreLinda was very accommodating and helpful when choosing the laminate and tile but I thought the price was a little high. The installers were prompt and did an excellent job. The only fault I found was that they didn't clean up very well after the installation. The floors look great!
Description of Work: Had 450 square feet of laminate installed in the living, dining room and hallway. Had 60 square ft. of dura-ceramic tile installed in powder room and foyer.
