I was thrown off by the great reviews and really thought I'd have a better experience. Upset and disappointed with my first search for a home through this company, I thought as a Marine Corps Veteran with 2 little girls I'd be taken care of but quickly realized that it didn't matter at all, at least to this company. I've worked hard to get to where I am and will find a home elsewhere. Personally, would not recommend.

We found Lee and his team to be professional and effective in selling our home. They responded to all of our questions promptly and were realistic in helping us to set the price. It had a been a while since we sold a house, and from staging suggestions to moving recommendations, we felt that the process was seamless.

Great experience. Our Agent and the entire team helped sell our home within a week. Professional photographer and professional staging consultant made all the difference.

The Tessier Team is fantastic. Katie worked with my wife and I to find the perfect house. Anytime I texted or called Katie I would receive a call or text back in a timely manner (usually immediately). If for some reason Katie was unavailable to show us a house, she made sure someone from the Tessier Team did. Highly recommended!!!!

I needed a realtor to sell my moms property I hired Reed Stupalski of Tessier Team His attention to detail was wonderful and even when unseen things happen he is ready to fix any problems that arise. Answers your phone calls and texts at all times of day and night and is friendly and keeps calm in stressful situations even when I was freaking out. I’m so thankful for his experience and expertise in his field.

We recently sold our home with Bev Smith from the Lee Tessier team. They work like a well oiled machine. Even though we had an exceptional dedicated realtor help us through the whole process, they have specialist that help you through each stage. Example, they have a stager that comes in and tells you how to "turn your home into a house" again. Everyone is a little biased about how their house looks, but sometimes you need a reality check on what it needs to look like inorder to sell it. We couldn't be happier with the level of service we received. Bev was like our counselor. The whole process can be very stressful, but she handled us like a pro. I highly recommend the Lee Tessier Team, but especially Bev Smith!

Their support and that of the other members of the Tessier Team were so good we were able to sell one house and buy another one within 8 weeks. Both transactions were excellent in terms of the price received for the sale and the amount paid for the purchase of the other house. If you want a real estate transaction done well I would highly recommend these two agents and the tessier team.

The home buying experience is never a seamless process, but Crystal Iannuzzi from the Lee Tessier team minimized our level of stress throughout the process. She was responsive, informative and dedicated to ensuring that we ended up in our perfect home. I highly recommend the Lee Tessier team and will use Crystal again for our next house purchase.

We chose the Tessier Team as we were interested in selling our house for a reasonable price and within a reasonable time frame. From the beginning, the Tessier approach made us feel as if we were all part of a team. Josh provided a clear picture about how the process would work, was extremely efficient and responsive throughout and also provided referrals for several service providers during various phases and they all worked out really well! We had four offers on the house after only two days and six showings. In an area where the average days on market with the best agents is about 51 days, our house was under contract within 48 hours. We would highly recommend Josh, and will also certainly engage him when looking to purchase!

I worked with Shannon Reimellur to purchase a new home back in December. I am a mortgage loan officer so I feel like being in the business causes me to have high expectations, but Shannon met AND exceeded every single one. I have worked with hundreds (probably thousands) of agents over the years so I feel like this should speak volumes for how great Shannon is to work with. I could have worked with so many but I chose Shannon, and I am so glad I did! I would also like to mention that the home is in a highly sought after area and school zone so there were multiple offers, but Shannon won the bidding war for me (without me feeling like I had to sacrifice a lot to win).

Paul Johnsen was the agent for our new home purchase. He was stellar! We looked at multiple properties and he was very patient and not pushy at all. When we found the one we wanted, he worked hard to get us a fair deal. Paul even hauled away some junk that the previous owners left behind. I would highly recommend him - he is very knowledgeable about the Baltimore area. Joe Bucci was our listing agent. He was responsive and give us a thorough assessment of our property and had some good pricing strategies. The team has a stager who will come to your house and provide recommendations to make the place show optimally. We then had their professional photographer make the house look it's best.
