+ -1 moreHis original quote was over priced at $2500 but we negotiated it down to $1500. The quality of work was very good but his pace seemed a bit slow to say the least. What took him about three weeks could have probably been done by someone younger in less than a week. He never seemed to be there on time when he said he would. There was either a strange excuse or none at all... The overall job looks great, but I wish we would have chosen a different painter and will definitely not make this same mistake again.
Description of Work: Spackle, 2 coats of paint, trim, & doors for our living room, upstairs hallway, the stair walls including the hard to reach area where the chandelier is.

+ -1 moreHe gave us an estimate for one coat of paint and only gave us a choice of two factory colors to choose from. His prices were four times the going rate. Other companies prices were for two coats of paint and were a quarter of the price.
Description of Work: He gave us an estimate on painting the interior of all our main living areas.($4000.00)

+ -1 moreLEE DID A WONDERFUL JOB PAINTING AND WALLPAPERING DIFFERENT AREAS OF OUR HOUSE. HE IS VERY METICULOUS, NEAT, RELIABLE, AND CONSCIENTIOUS. HE IS FLEXIBLE IN HIS SCHEDULE AND DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING UP EVERY DAY!
Description of Work: HAD OUR KITCHEN, LAUNDRY ROOM HALLWAY AND FAMILY ROOM PAINTED. LEE THEN WALL PAPERED OUR KITCHEN.
