Unfortunately, in order to review, I have to give one star... There wasn't any clean up done whatsoever. Shingles should never be powerwashed, & this should have been addressed before any worked was done. It takes the protective coating off the shingles. All the granules from the shingles were covering everything within range of the roof including the car, patio, handicap ramp, and siding. It was stuck to everything. They did the shingles & not the siding on the "roof"??! Black drips of dirt &tar were dripping down the whole house. I had to hire someone else to fix their mess. Beware. They don't want to go through angi & will not back up their work. To LBM: I am headed to the better business bureau site next. I'll see you there.

Firstly, we take great care to ensure all our jobs are done correctly and with the highest standards. Regarding your roof, we followed the proper cleaning procedures and used appropriate techniques to ensure no damage was done. We advised your wife during our initial walkthrough about the scope of work, and she approved it. We had been contracted for roof service only, and we have video and photos showing the area was clean before we left. Additionally, we have before and after photos of the roof that differ from the ones you posted. We also sent you the video, and you confirmed that it was clean at that time. On the day we cleaned the roof, we noticed that the siding was also dirty. We offered to clean the siding for a small additional charge, which was declined at that time. We understand that you contacted us over a week after the service was completed to report the issues you mentioned. It's important to note that unfavorable weather conditions during that period could have contributed to some of the problems you experienced. We are committed to providing quality service and stand by our work. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation has caused and regret that you felt the need to hire another company to address these issues. This is not typical of our service, and we will review our processes to ensure better communication and satisfaction in the future. We are willing to fix this up and can send another crew out, as we advised during our phone call. We strive to provide the best possible service and are here to make things right.
