As first time home sellers, we picked John because he seemed sincere and never pressured us to choose him. He gave us the time we needed to decide when we were ready to move ahead. He gave us good advice on how to prepare our house for selling and had a stager - at his expense - come to our home with lots of good suggestions. John answered all our questions and was never too busy to return our calls. Within two weeks of listing we had two offers and one led to a contract at our asking price. John went over the contract with us and made sure we understood any answers to questions we had. He kept us informed of the progress. This was a stressful time for us. Everything went smoothly through the process and John's suggestions played a great part in that. We would recommend John to anyone selling their house. He is a true and sincere gentlemen.

We moved out of the area to begin our retirement. John helped us sell a difficult home. We had lots of competition, and were particularly limited by our 1.5 baths in an area having 2-3 times that. Based on his Angie?s list reviews, we first met with John in September of 2014. He helped us prepare the house for sale in order to compete. At his own expense, he engaged a skilled stager with good, common-sense ideas. Five months later, after completing house prep, we signed a brokerage agreement with John at which time he immediately put it on the market. Four months after that, we accepted an offer that resulted in final sale and settlement of our house in July of 2015. John was great throughout the process. He is personable, reasonably priced, very knowledgeable, and pro-active. He worked hard and smart for us, always looking out for our best interests. He advertised widely, approached the sale energetically to keep it moving, rapidly responded to our questions and concerns, provided assistance when needed, introduced new ideas/approaches as needed, and kept things moving. He was especially good at anticipating issues/holdups and guiding us through them to assure a smooth, efficient settlement. He?s a true expert in his field. We would definitely use John again to sell our house, and highly recommend him to anyone selling a house.

In 2012, my husband retired from the military and we decided to purchase a larger home in Fallston to accommodate our growing family. Unfortunately for John, it took us over a year to find a home that fit our needs in the Fallston school district. John was incredibly patient, showing us properties and never pressuring us while we found the best home for us. Once we found our new home, John listed our current home and had it sold within 3 days at our listing price! An example of his dedication; after we had just purchased our most recent home and he was no longer our agent, I locked myself out of our new home and John immediately dropped everything to offer to run over and help get me in. John's use of a stager made a dramatic difference in the time our home we were were selling was on the market. Within 24 hours he had brought us multiple offers. He also helped us navigate through the tedious process of both buying and selling homes at the same time, always making sure we were getting the tests done at the right times and helping us sort out issues that arose during the process. We fully recommend John as a Realtor. His knowledge, time and dedication got us through the very stressful and tedious process of buying and selling a home at the same time. His patience and no pressure attitude also allowed us to find the perfect new home for our family.

John helped me purchase my first home. John was the second realtor I used for this purchase. The first guy was not motivated, prompt, nor helpful. John was the opposite. He is very motivated, immediate response, and quick to go see properties and get in offers. This was extremely important as properties were getting contracts in a quick as they were being listed. Had I not hired John, I'm sure I would not have my home today.
