+ -1 moreAfter our initial conversation Janet told me she'd call back with a date/time to visit my house and give me an estimate. She never called. Time was of the essence since I was listing my house for sale and she was aware of my time frame, I called her, and we set a time for an in house visit. On the arranged time and date she never showed up and never called with an explanation.
Description of Work: I was moving and selling my house and wanted the empty house to be cleaned before listing it

+ -1 moreThey were amazing!!! We had our home cleaned just before we closed on the home, and JCS cleaning was wonderful. She worked with the selling agent, and myself and she was wonderful and understanding. She fit me into her busy schedule like it was nothing, and I so appreciated her helpfulness and understanding. When we came home after closing the house was spotless! The team of cleaning ladies did an excellent job, and I will use them in the future for sure! Thank you JCS cleaning for all that you did for me and my family!!!
Description of Work: The team of cleaning ladies cleaned our new home before we moved in. They cleaned everything in the home from appliances to windows etc.

+ -1 moreLooking for someone to provide spring cleaning services, I called this company on Thursday, April 11, 2013, leaving a voice message with my contact information and request for a quote. The company was prompt on returning my call and sending someone to my home to provide a quote. Unfortunately, the company representative inspected my home and we discussed the services; however, when she left, she said that she would drop off the quote in a few days. As of this date (05/07/13), I have yet to receive the quote. Since they didn't perform as promised for a quote, I would not consider using them for a cleaning service.
Description of Work: No quote received and no services performed.

+ -1 moreI have used Marry Maids in Elkton, MD and was not happy with their work. I did call TLC but they never called me back. I live in Cecil County and it's hard to get co's to come from Harford County to travel the distance but JCS was more than happy to do so and I have been very happy with their price and services.
Description of Work: Whole house cleaning for 4 beedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, livingroom, diningroom, family room, sunroom, landing and stairs and hallways.
