+ 1 moreI contacted this company to perform additional work on my lawn and initially was communicated with promptly. After a couple of weeks when it came time to schedule service it was extremely difficult to get a response back and when I was given dates, they would not show up (this happened twice). I called to complain only to get a casual response back that they could not commit to any date and seemed to care less about my business. I guess my project was not big enough for them... Anyway, one day a week later, they show up without calling to perform the work. The quality of work seemed ok, so no complaints there and they were sure to invoice me promptly. They really need to work on their customer service skills.

+ 0 moreI called them to have them give me an estimate on landscaping and yard work. The woman on the phone said someone would be out before the end of the next week and I was OK with that. The following Thursday a gentleman called me to say he would be out the next day to give me an estimate. He never showed up, didn't call to reschedule, and I haven't heard back from them. At the time of this review it has been over 3 weeks. I really wouldn't recommend using this company.
Description of Work: I called to get an estimate for landscaping and yard work and as of this writing 3 weeks later, I have not heard back from them. Not very reliable.
