It went wonderfully! Very professional yet friendly. They were timely, thorough, and efficient. I would highly recommend them!! They also were willing to do a small job too, whereas some companies only will come for entire home.

After 2 days the pet order returned. I was not given any documentation of the work that was done nor a receipt for payment.

Our kitchen & bathrooms grout was dingy after 30 years. We love the custom tile and didn’t want to replace the flooring. My attempts with a steamer and brush were painstaking and tedious with some improvement. A friend told us about Infinite Carpet Cleaning & Restoration grout cleaning service. I called Infinite and promptly recieved a call to my VM. I gave Ryan the room measurements, sent him a few pictures and was provided a estimate. At which time I scheduled an appointment. The next week I called Ryan the morning of as agreed. He and his helper arrived shortly thereafter. The results were amazing. The grout now cleaned and sealed was restored to the original color. Infinity in the same visit cleaned a large Persian rug in our family room and a runner on the staircase, very pleased with the results. Very pleased and would highly recommend. Customer service and responsiveness are exceptional. Definitely will use again.

What an awesome bunch of people! What a great job! I cant expose enough. They were incredible, they were just absolutely incredible. They weren't expensive. Yes, I did had some stain and their gone. They actually came in and used ammonia and wet rug, its gone, I hadn't seen it. They were number one. They were neat, they brought hoses in the house, and they were very careful. They were in and out. They were just phenomenal. I had my carpet cleaned. I wasn't happy with the previous company so I called Infinity and they cleaned all my rugs and my couch down stair, and it looks like brand new. I'm phenomenally happy with what they've done.

We have had Infinite Carpet to our home several times. They are professional, quick, prompt and reliable. Our carpets and upholstery has turned out beautiful! For carpet that is over 15 years old that says a lot! They removed an old RED stain from the carpet in our son’s bedroom. Also, We had a small patch of carpet missing from a puppy chewing and Ryan with Infinite Carpet was able to seamlessly patch the area! The pics show the room and area where the red stain and missing carpet was. I couldn’t have been happier with the work they have Done for us!!

Excellent! Great job. Everything looks like new! The tile grout was an AMAZING difference. The stained and well worn loveseat looks new again. The carpet took some extra work to remove all the odors from the previous owner’s two dogs, but, they got the job done! I was truly worried we were going to have to remove or replace all the carpet, but, Infinite kept at it until the odor was DOG-GONE!
