I have used Home Systems Appliance Repair many times and every time has been a wonderful experience. They have always returned my messages promptly and have been able to schedule many quick turn-around appointments (which was crucial when the dryer wasn't working). Dave was prompt, courteous and always willing to answer all of my questions. Everyone at this company is very customer service oriented! I highly recommend them!

The refrigerator was repaired very professionally.

Jim was punctual, professional, polite, and appropriately communicative. He even wore booties to keep the house clean even though the dryer was right off the garage door. We will definitely contact Home Systems again for future appliance needs. In this situation I already had a good idea that the rear bearing in the dryer needed to be replaced, but preferred to pay someone who knows what he was doing to handle it. Jim listened, gave an estimated price, evaluated the dryer when onsite, let me know what he found before proceeding, and tested thoroughly. He also tested airflow in the exhaust.

Replaced parts, cleaned lint from around the outside of the drum, was good to go on the same day. He was really nice, and helpful.

He was available for service next day, was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had the replacement part installed 2 days later. He was clean, friendly, and reasonable for 2 cross-county drives, parts & labor. I would use again, and have recommended to family.

After the first visit a part of needed so they came back a second time. When that didn't work they came a third time and discovered the problem. They told me that It wasn't worth fixing and I would be better off replacing it. I received a refund for one of the trip charges.

The repair man was excellent and found the problem. We would definitely hire from this company again.

Well he confirmed my suspicion that my dishwasher was fried by the electrician I had working on my house earlier in the week. He had 240 hooked up to a 120 circuit. He provided photos of the damage and advised that it would be more in parts and labor than it was worth. So, I got rid of dishwasher and the electrician paid for most of it (the existing unit cheap and about 10 years old, I upgraded to a top end unit and paid the difference that I thought was fair). As a side note the electrician owned up to the issue and deducted my costs from the final bill.

I have nothing but good tbjnfa to say about this company. They are polite and responsive by phone, show up on time, do a great job, and prices are very resonable. I have already used their company twice.

Prompt response, was able to schedule service within 48 hours. Tech was on time, polite, and professional. Deal implied $99 covered service call and repair, nothing anywhere in fine print about parts being additional, so I was surprised when I was asked to pay for the parts as well. However, owner was very reasonable, explained why this was not his intent and did not make sense from his perspective as a business owner, but agreed to eat the cost of the parts in order to keep customer happy. I offered to split the cost of the parts in recognition of the confusion and he accepted.

The tech came when it was agreed and did all the work in a afternoon. Cannot say enough positive about what was completed. Everything works perfectly.

It went fine and the problem got fixed.

The communication and work was excellent. David identified the problem as a malfunctioning circuit board and ordered and replaced it the next day.
