Description of Work: They had come before and fixed the door that wouldn't shut on our freezer, but the freezer was still leaking. A different person came, investigated the situation and completely fixed the unit. It has worked perfectly ever since. We were not charged an additional fee , just the original 99.00 that we paid the first time. They have a 90 day warranty.

Description of Work: Our refrigerator stopped getting cold and we'd just replace a few other large appliances so we were looking to get a new one just yet. Dave was our tech and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He had to order the part and would've had the whole thing resolved within 24 hours but because of our schedules we had to wait an extra day. Dave was in and out within an hour the second time and we haven't had any problems with it since then. I'd definitely recommend them to others and will use them again if needed in the future.
