Description of Work: The company called to set up an appointment and had availability that day. The technician was on time, very professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to find the problem and fix it and cleaned up after he was done. I will definitely use them again if I need another repair.

Description of Work: The service man repaired my electric dryer- He was very courteous and professional. He arrived on time and was quick. I had a funny sound in addition to the original complaint and he spent extra time trying to figure it out. Of course, the dryer wouldn't make the sound when he was there/ The original problem was that it was not heating. He fixed it.

Description of Work: My washer was not filling. David (?) came and performed a systematic test on the washer to determine the cause, ordered the part, and scheduled a return date that was convenient for me. When he returned, he quickly installed the part and ran a few tests and was done. The washer has been running well ever since. David was very professional and friendly.
