Description of Work: Refrigerator was not cooling. Was able to get an appointment right away. Problem ended up being within the defrost system. HUGE amount of ice built up on back of freezer and on coils. Once ice was removed and 2 parts were replaced I was up and running. Much cheaper than buying a new fridge which I originally considered. In retrospect I wish I had removed the ice myself prior to the service call - would have saved some money.

Description of Work: Whirlpool dryer wasn't drying. |Installer had used "hard" attachment and it came loose. | |Jim checked and cleaned the dryer out, replaced entire inside venting with flexible hose and removed old outside vent and birds nest and replaced with new venting. | |Let everything neat and clean! |We are totally pleased.
