Description of Work: Jim came by twice; first, to assess the issue that was causing our dishwasher to stop working, and second, to fix the issue. He had the problem figured out quickly and I was very pleased when he was back with the needed part within days. He was conscientious and prompt. He kept my husband and me informed throughout the process. We will be calling upon him in the future!

Description of Work: Purchased Angie's List deal for $99 for Large Appliance Repair. The owner, Jim, was very responsive and very helpful in explaining the deal. The technician, Dave, was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. At my request, he let me watch him disassemble the our dryer and make the repair, so that I can attempt it myself the next time. Also, while three other repair companies told me that I would need to replace several parts as a kit, Dave replaced only the part that needed to be replaced, saving us at least $30 in parts. He was in and out of the home in about an hour. This level of service is not common in my experience. Thank you to Jim and Dave for providing the service they promised and for helping my family save a few bucks.

Description of Work: David came out to repair our 1990's era Whirlpool gas dryer. He installed a new motor and belt in the unit. He was courteous, punctual and professional; the dryer has worked very well since his service visit, and the $99 price tag certainly beat the $600+ that a new, installed gas dryer would cost! I'd certainly use Home Systems Appliance Repair in future.
