Great experience. Job was completed the same day I called. Polite, professional, explained the problem to me and gave me a price, no surprises. Very respectful of my home and keeping it clean. I will definitely use them again if a situation arises.

As usual, Michael was on time and before starting work he told me exactly what would be done. Michael is polite, efficient and has so far fixed bother my washer and dryer and I have had no issues. This is my do to place for appliance repair.

The serviceman was on time, professional, friendly, and competent. The company found a discounted price for the part and passed that discount on to me. He came on time and the work was completed earlier than expected. I will definitely hire them again to work on other appliances in my home

My appointment was originally scheduled for same-day service between 1pm-4pm. I received a call around 1050am that an earlier appointment time had opened, and James arrived within 20 minutes. He could not have been more cordial, prompt, and efficient. I truly appreciated his professionalism and honesty about a repair not being worth the time and money. He completed the service call in less than 30 minutes and was a dream to work with. I will definitely call him again when the need arises.

The initial diagnosis of the leak in our washer was done through another company through our home warranty company. It turned out the problem wasn't covered under our warranty and, when we tried to contact the company who diagnosed the problem to come back and fix it, they never returned our call. So, I went to Angie's List and found Home Systems Appliance Repair. He came out the very next day and fixed the gasket. He also discovered the drain was clogged and took the time to give us suggestions on how we could go about fixing it ourselves. My only issue is that he didn't break down the costs on his receipt. I would have liked to know how much the gasket cost and what he charged for labor. The amount charged seemed excessive. I wasn't home, he worked with my husband, otherwise I would have asked him and I'm sure he would have provided that information.

Jim was excellent. He reviewed the problem and provided us with a solution and was able to make the repairs the same day.

Wow - We were told between 11-2. Jim was here before 11 having called us saying he was on his way. He fixed the problem, was super neat, cleaned up, and was pleasant to be around. I kept his card as I DEFINITELY want him back if we have any appliance issues! We were thinking of just getting a new freezer but thanks to Jim's prompt service, we saved a bunch of money!

This was a smooth professional job. The technician was very professional, even suggested an item or two I hadn't thought about. I felt he was looking out for out best interests and convenience. I will rehire them for any future repair work!!!.

I received prompt next day service which was cruical in that this was a home inspection repair. David was friendly and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and order the parts on the spot. Great company. Would highly recommend to others with appliance issues.

David was very responsive to my inquiry, and gave me fair quote up front. We scheduled appointment, and he was punctual for that appointment. David quickly identified the issue, and ordered the necessary part. We then scheduled a second appointment (one week later) in order to install the part. He was punctual for that appointment too, and repaired the dishwasher. Upon repair, he identified a second issue and quickly remedied that. I would definitely hire David again for any of my appliance needs.

First of all, one cannot expect a repair service company to know everything about all makes and models. I did some research on my own and could have spent $600 on parts alone along with the aggravation of the labor. Jim the Service Tech did the analysis and identified the faulty part pretty quickly. Parts were available in the truck and a replacement control board was installed within an hour or so. A fuse had blown on the old control board that kept it from operating. These fuses are soldered to the board. This could have just blown, or it could be from the door being closed too hard too often. We'll be careful from now on for sure! Note: The Techs at Home Systems cover their shoes when entering your home. I was surprised to notice that all tools, cases and parts etc.. were placed on padded mats on the floor to avoid scratches or scuffs. Even on my builder grade 15 year old vinyl floor. This detail was not needed on my old floor but appreciated! I didn't expect Jim to hang out for several hours to wait for a cycle to complete. The washer was filled with a few items then ran that evening. Minor issues occurred. Still not completing. Jim came back and checked his work. Please remember my opening sentence. More research had to be done and third visit was needed to add a part to the control board. After this, our three year old Kenmore dishwasher was happy! All in all we are very happy with Home Systems Appliance Repair. Aside from clean and careful, the Techs are professional and friendly. Issues are explained in understandable terms. The extra visits were no charge. I've been in a service position and appreciated the genuine desire to fix the issue as quickly as possible. Minor complications happen, but it was made right. An A+ job. Thank you!

The service technician was on time, professional and informative. This is the second time using this company and I have been very satisfied with the service.

The repair person was prompt and professional. He quickly spotted the cause of the problem, fixed it, and provided a clear explanation. He also made an excellent suggestion for gaining more freezer space: he removed an ice making unit we weren't using so we could utilize the space. He explained how the ice making unit could easily be reinstalled should we need it in the future. An excellent experience overall.

Great! It was a small hole & getting bigger. He replaced the gasket (NO second trip with the part!) Then, when he ran a test cycle, he noticed the cold water was drawing slowly. He removed the hose & cleaned out the sediment. I was shocked when I ran my first load- the water draw was soo much faster! Bonus! Shows good customer care. Left the work area tidy & was really nice. Final cost matched estimate exactly. That's about all you can ask for!!

It took 2 trips to repair the ice maker. He first fixed one thing and said it was repaired. Then when it still didn't work, he had to return and replace the ice maker.

I would highly recommend this company. They were very responsive, professional and reasonably priced.

I requested for service on installation of some parts of a gas cook top with a downdraft. The work required replacing the main glass cook top and replacing one heating element. Michael was professional, on time and successfully completed the job in less than two hours. Very satisfied with the service and prompt communication.

It went well. I was very impressed with the expertise and professionalism of the gentleman who came to my home. He was the owner of this company. I just can't remember his name. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the dryer and fixed it. He provider a number of easily doable recommendations to make my dishwasher work more efficiently. His competence level is very high. I would confidently recommend this company to anyone.

The owner is the person who came to repair my appliances. He found that the filter wasn't incorrectly placed and that is why we were not getting the water and the ice cubes. He explained in detail why this happened. The stove burner was dirty and he explained why this caused the problem. He cleaned the burner and now it is fine. Although I felt dumb not to know these two reasons before calling someone, I was pleased these were small problems. I was charged the standard service charge of $95.00. That may seem a lot, but the company was upfront about the fee when I called. I realize that he could have told me anything about what was wrong and charged a lot more. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Even though I caused the problem I was very happy to have everything working again. It makes my life easier.

Original service was on 4/17/2018. Microwave worked well until 2 weeks after replacement of "mother board". Same problem recurred. Called Jim at Home Systems repair and he couldn't have been more accommodating. Came out to evaluate situation on 5/7 and concluded replacement part was defective. He called today, 5/8, and said new part will be in on Friday, 5/10. There was no charge for the visit or new part since it's all under warranty. Even though the job is not yet complete, I feel this provider is doing his best to facilitate a positive outcome
