Great! I reached out to the company about a week ago. I spoke with Jim. I was able to describe the problem and indicate that I knew that the part would need replacing (I did my homework!) Jim called me back very quickly to indicate that he had found the part and could order it. He quoted me a price and I told him to go ahead and order. As soon as the part was in, I was contacted to set up an appointment to install it. On the day that we had agreed upon, David showed up on time. He gave me a call about 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way. David got right to work and had the part swapped out in a timely fashion. He checked his work and all is well! David is a very friendly gentleman, he is knowledgeable and willing to give advice on future appliance purchases. I WILL be calling them again should I need any other appliance repairs!

Everything is working well and it was so easy! The one, slight, negative comment I have is that he came after the specified time on both visits, however, both times he called at the beginning of the window to let me know he would be late, so I was not waiting around for hours on end. I greatly appreciated that! He was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I have never been so satisfied with someone completing a repair in our home!

First of all, this was a TREMENDOUS deal. I called a few other places for service estimates and this deal beat them all by hundreds.The appointment was made over the phone and they were courteous and flexible. The service man (David) arrived promptly as scheduled and went about diagnosing the issue. He was polite and diligent in finding the root cause. As it turns out we had two separate issues (one for ice, one for water). The water was fixed tonight before he left and I'm waiting to see if the ice will start producing. However, he gave me clear instructions to call back tomorrow morning if they ice doesn't show up. I may have a bad ice maker instead of the clogged water line being the only problem. IF I don't have ice tomorrow, he is going to come back to make the other repair. I appreciate that we started with the simple (no cost, since no parts needed) repair before going up to "replacing the ice maker". This was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this company and this repair technician specifically. I appreciate the prompt, honest transaction.

Provider was very professional and pleasant. I felt he was honest as well. He fixed my ice maker without having to order an expensive part. I only had to pay for the service call which was very reasonable.

1st visit - They thought the baffle door had just slipped out of track. Adjusted. Refrig is freezing. (Coupon $99) 2nd visit - Disassembled/cleaned/reassembled baffle unit. Refrig is still freezing. 3rd apt - Called day of apt, confirmed issue. Ordered parts. Cancelled visit. 3rd visit - Replaced baffle control unit. Additional charge for parts. Much better, but refrig is still too cold when turned all the way down. ($150) 4th visit - Adjusted new unit. Now in correct temp range at factory settings.

The gentleman was very professional and very prompt. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He left the area very clean. I would highly receommend his company!!

David, the tech from Home Systems arrived at the appointed time and immediately went to work after we described the problems with the stove and why we thought we had problems. David pretty quickly determined that the stove was in fact coming to the pre-set temp and that our Walmart temp gauge was faulty. The issue with maintaining the cooking temp took more evaluation and the conclusion was that it came down to the oven's igniter not functioning properly. David replaced the part, no more problems. He was very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable, and he kept investigating the problem until he solved it. Would definitely recommend this appliance company.

James was wonderful. He was competent, courteous and clean i.e. no mess to straighten out. Thoroughly professional.

They responded promptly to the request, arranged a time with the affected tenant quickly (thanks!) and repaired the dryer switch with a part cheaper than they initially quoted for the repair. All in all a great experience. I'd absolutely use again.

Jim came in to repair the dryer and the washer. He gave me a price for the repairs, and to order a missing piece. When it arrived, turns out that it's not what's wrong with the dryer. He then proceeded to fix something different, and requested to charge me for more than what we had agreed on. within a couple of days, the washer broke again. The only thing that saved this review from being an "F" all over is that he promptly came back to fix it that time and accommodated my schedule, with no extra charge. I was not happy with the overall service to say the least. My original review had the overall service as a "D". However, Jim took the time to reply to my review, and to issue me a full refund of the entire thing (over 400$), which (he explained) is his way of saying the company only charges for excellent service. This speaks volumes for his professionalism, and makes me think this was an isolated incident rather than a true reflection of his service.

The Home Systems Appliance Repair technician quickly diagnosed the issue that I had with my dryer. He replaced the belt to the dryer. He was very professional and trustworthy. You could definitely tell that he had the knowledge and expertise to fix the dryer. I would highly recommend this company.

James was great and very helpful. He made two visits, as the dryer was still not producing heat after the first visit. He didn't charge for the second visit and very clearly walked us through what the issue(s) were and how he fixed them. He also cleaned out the mechanics of the dryer with a shop vac, as well as replaced and cleaned the exhaust to the outside. Will definitely reach out to James again for future appliance issues.

he was not able to determine the cause of issue we are experiencing made suggestions to use less detergent (although I was using per label on detergent bottle) he welcomed me to give a call back if the issue persists I ran two loads since then and both times the machine shut down and displayed a code error I phoned earlier and left message for a follow-up appointment on Tue, Nov 10. Thank you I would like to add that two techs returned a few days later and were able to determine the source of the malfunction, which was due to particles and sediments in the well water that clogged the water input. Once they cleaned the clogs the washer worked like new. Great guys. Very informative and prompt to answer calls. Thank you.

What an amazing place!! Super professional from beginning to end. Dave was a fantastic repairman, showed me the problem after quickly diagnosing it and was extremely professional and right on time. I would definitely use this outstanding provider in the future.

Jim made 2 trips to the house. He spent an hour making a detailed examination of the problem & then gave me the solution. He said he would order a part to secure the dishwasher. It would take a couple of days & the service charge would be applied to the parts & labor to fix the dishwasher. I would absolutely call him again.

The technician was very friendly and repaired the dryer quickly. It cost $85.00 for parts in addition to the $99 Deal from Angie's list.. He told my daughter (I had just had cancer surgery and wasn't able to get to the basement) that the dryer was a very reliable model, with the repairs he'd done it should last another 20 years. Next morning she tried to dry some laundry and the dryer quit working as soon as she walked away from it. I called and he came right out. He said i the motor had died and it needed replacing. I asked how a dryer that was going to last 20 years didn't even work the next day. He defended himself, saying the motor is a closed system and he hadn't opened it to check. Needless to say, I wasn't happy that I'd spent $99.00 for the "Deal" and $85.00 for parts and had a broken dryer to show for it. It didn't seem like a good investment to now put a new motor in the dryer, so I told him I didn't want the motor and he left. I went on-line and ordered a dryer (still couldn't take the stairs). I was delivered fine and that was that. Until a few days later when I received a check for the $85.00 for parts. That wasn't the price of the new dryer, but it softened the blow!

Dave (technician ) called ahead of time to schedule the appointment. He was very professional and courteous. The problem could not be resolved on the initial visit and a part was required. He called back when the part was in stock and made arrangements to install around my schedule. I would highly recommend this service to all.

He was very careful and detailed In his determination of the problem. Explained the problem so I would recognize what was wrong should it happen again. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Dave came out to look at my washing machine and I was very impressed with his knowledge and the time he took to diagnose the issue. The next day he called with the price for the parts that were needed and a final cost for the repair. He then returned for the installation of the new shocks on my machine. I stayed to watch- he was meticulous in his attention to detail and checked to make sure all was in place and the machine was fine. My washing machine is terrific and I am so happy that I found such a wonderful repairman.

They were very responsive when I called & could give me an appointment on the day I requested. The repairman arrived on time , figured out the problem for which he had the part & made the repair. I paid $164 which seemed a reasonable price for the part plus time after discounting the coupon. Today I got a check for $99 with a note that I overpaid. Right now I can't find my receipt so I am not sure where the over charge occurred, but I would never have realized the mistake if they hadn't made the correction. I appreciate their honesty. That on top of the quick response to my call and quality of the work means I will use them again if I need a large appliance repair.

The gentleman was very professional, honest about the costs and completely understood my need to replace the washer instead of fixing it even though he had already ordered the parts at my request

Needed a repair on a washing machine that smelled like motor oil or gasoline. Made the call in the morning and the service guy came in about 2 hrs. He took a look and in two minutes could see that transmission fluid from the washing machine's motor was leaking. He estimated about $300 for a repair but recommended I get a new one. This company doesn't sell appliances, so he was being really honest in his assessment. He even reduced the service charge of coming out there since he didn't do any real work besides a recommendation. I appreciate the honesty and will use this company for any future issues that may call for repairmen.

It was like old fashioned service. On time, courteous, knowledgable, and had the part on the truck. In less than an hour and for approximately $200 he gave life to my old stove.
