Good so far waiting on them to come and finish repairs.

The owner of the company said that, even if he only changed the belt, the motor (or one of its components or other parts) might still stop working and that it might not be worth paying $200 (towards which the fee to come and give an estimate would be applied), when the machine might work only for another year. My Senior discount for the estimate, as advertisedon the website, was honored, when I asked. I decided to listen to the repairman's advice and to shop for a new washing machine.

They came in time and fixed in a timely Manor at a reasonable price.

I went with them after being disappointed with the manufacturer's customer service and technicians not showing up. I tried another company but they failed to finalize the schedule and notify me. I eventually contacted Home Systems Appliance and wish I had done so sooner. They were responsive, punctual, and professional. The technician was pleasant and told good stories which kept my mind off of the stress of last minute repairs to sell my house. He ordered the necessary parts the same day and came right back out as soon as the parts came in a few days later. He tested the microwave once he was done to make sure everything was good and made sure I got to see it was functioning. It was a stress free experience and with what I was experiencing with other companies this was a relief.

Jim was professional, polite and answer all my questions. He inspected all parts that could have failed. He replaced the failed part and tested the running cycle of the washer. Also, Jim was very respectful of my home by wearing covers over his shoes and placing pads down on all surfaces before placing down his tools and equipment. I have a very old washer and happy to have it fixed. I am very pleased with his work and will absolutely hire him again.

No work was done as a part was not available even though the microwave was less than 3 years old. Service call was paid for, a part was ordered, but it was not the same. I had to buy a new microwave and have someone else install it.

Very well. The problem was a clogged drain in the freezer. The drain was unclogged and checked for proper drainage. Hats off to David, the technician who came out. He was prompt, courteous, very professional and down to earth. This is the third time I have used this company and each time I have been pleased. I highly recommend Home Systems Appliance Repair.

I've used this company in the past and have "David the Dryer Guy" saved on my phone. He came out on Wednesday diagnosed the problem, but needed electrical parts. When he left, he said he'd be back on Friday and would try to make it in the morning. Despite appt being set up for afternoon, he called since he was in the area and was able to fit me in before heading to another part of town. Once he was here, he went right to work and got my dryer back up and running!

Excellent service & communication! I called and left a message and Jim got right back to me and scheduled our service appt the same week. Jim called the morning of the appt day and asked if he could come early because he had a cancellation. He ran into some traffic and called to let me know that he was running a few minutes behind. He was very professional and fixed the washing machine within an hour. He honored the Angie’s List $99 deal and left his card for future service. We will certainly keep them on file for future repairs!

This company is wonderful. Jim, the owner, called me early morning as my repair was an emergency. I originally had to schedule for the following day. I then changed my schedule and called back. He got a service call for me that day. He was very professional and stated the service call charge up front so i knew exactly what to expect. Dave, the service tech, then called me when he was on his way and showed up on time, early in the day. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and took care in evaluating what was wrong. Sadly, our compressor was bad. Dave even called Sears and explained that the part was still under warranty for me. He then spoke to me about options. He said his advice would be to have them supply the part under warranty. Home Systems could replace it when it arrived but he said since Sears installing would hold them to the warranty, it was better to have them do it. WOW! Honesty as to what was best for the customer. This company has my respect. Completely trust Jim and Dave and very fortunate to have them help us out.

David, the technician quickly diagnosed the problem with my clothes dryer and patiently explained the issue to me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me the exact information I needed to pass along to an electrician as it turns out the problem was not with the dryer but instead with the circuit breaker. David charged me a very fair price that I was happy to pay in response to his excellent service. Overall, I was extremely impressed with his service, friendliness, and professionalism and would rate this experience among the best I've ever had when it comes to hiring house services.

I had home systems out for a stove repair about a year ago. I also recommended them to my daughter for dishwasher repair. Those two repairs and the one we just got for our washing machine were flawless. My latest repair did not require any parts, just labor. He notified us of when he would be at our house, he was on time and finished quickly. I will be using them for all my appliance repairs.

Our range was not lighting. We went on Angie’s list for the first time and easily found companies and reviews. We decided to call Home Systems Appliance repair and left a message. Our call was returned in a timely fashion by Jim. He was very polite and patient as I explained the issue. He was able to come within a couple of hours and on a Saturday at that. He was very punctual and when he arrived he had shoe covers on his feet and was very courteous. He went right to work on our range and discovered the problem... bad igniters and was able to locate them in the part store and repair our range for a resonable price. We will use them again in the future!

David called first as promised and showed up on time. Problem was quickly diagnosed, didn't have part so he ran out to get it, came right back and installed. Could not have been more friendly. Will use again.
