Perfectly. Jim had given a four-hour timeframe for being here and arrived in window. He called about 30 minutes before arriving. He was very professional, courteous, and pleasant. He had all the parts he needed in his truck. He worked quickly but did a thorough job, and had everything back in place in a very timely manner. I highly recommend his services.

James was very professional and nice. When I called him, he told me how much it would cost to fix my first problem right away and then he said he could come and assess the 2nd price then get me a price that day. He relooped the drain line for $65. He ordered the control panel and came back a couple of days later to replace the control panel, which he did within 30 minutes. We were very pleased.

James Charles took everything apart, vacuumed really well, I really appreciate him being very careful and courteous. He also told me he would investigate how much it would cost to replace the motor saying he would call back within the hour which he did. He was here about an hour and realized the washing machine motor was unrepairable, so he suggested replacing it. He was very patience with me due to me being deaf. He exchanged notes with me. He did a great job.

The first time he came, he couldn't repair it because the compressor had gone bad. He is excellent. When my washing machine went bad like a month later, I called him to check that out as well. I paid $99 for the estimate and the partial repair. He came out for the second appliance at no charge.

I would definitely use this vendor again. The repairman was so pleasant and patient and provided outstanding service. He explained everything he was doing, and the prices seemed reasonable. The ignitor had to be replaced. He seemed honest and fair and did a great job. He had the part on his truck and got all the work done and the oven put back together in an hour. He checked the oven several ways to make sure it was working once the ignitor was replaced. I appreciate his knowledge, the quality assurance he did and his pleasant demeanor. He also performed an excellent clean-up. He even dusted/washed the sides and back of the oven after it was pulled out from the wall. These extra touches really matter.

HomeSystems was responsive and turned around our AL deal the next day. I received a call in the morning asking for my model number and what the issue might be for parts. They arrived in the afternoon and fixed her all up. Spent about $60 over the deal but the failing valve needed to be replaced and it took about an hour of work so I think the price was fair and as expected. Thanks for the excellent job fixing it and for my ice water!

The repair didn't work as my compressor was going bad and the refrigerator had to be replaced. He only charged me for the service call and not any additional time or parts. He was great and very helpful. I will happily call him again to evaluate and repair any appliance issues I have in the future.

First off let me say I was super satisfied. Honest, dependable and hard working, did excellent work and at a fair price. I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to hire again.

It ended up being about $300. He came back and he was here for an hour and half. The $99 of the big deal was for the inspection and then he charged for the parts and labor. David was the guy who did the work. That is how they get you. It didn't take long to diagnose it. The first day it took an hour and half to repair it. I liked the work but I don't care for the pricing strategy. I understand you have to pay for parts, but I would think that when they come to do 2 minutes of diagnostics and then an hour and half worth of work, it shouldn't be advertised as a $99 special. The work was accomplished in two visits. One being diagnostics and the second one being the repair itself. The wife seems to be pleased that the washer is not leaking.

Great. Friendly and professional. Explained what he was doing throughout. Very knowledgeable. Explained how to better care for the appliance to ensure longevity. Trustworthy. I'd call him in a minute in the future.

From start to finish, it was a great experience. The owner, Jim, was extremely responsive, courteous and professional. He followed up very promptly via phone and email. And Jim was able to schedule me for the very next day. The technician, David, arrived on time and even called ahead to make sure I was home. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. Within an hour and a half, David did some troubleshooting and diagnosed the issue with my dryer. He had the parts on hand, installed them and checked to make sure everything was working correctly. Provider was very responsive and was able to schedule repair immediately. Provider went to the house, and gave me the details on what parts are needed to fix the appliance. The appliance was fixed the same day. Quick turnaround!

They were very responsive and quickly scheduled an appointment. They unplugged the water flow to my fridge and let me know exactly what the problem was and what I may need to do to prevent it from occurring again. Unfortunately it was just a temporary fix and the problem did occur again, to the prediction of the service man. Nothing against the company. They were very helpful.

The technician arrive on time and quickly resolved the problem. I used the $99 coupon. When the repair was over, I only had to pay for the part. Great service. I would definitely recommend them.

Our oven was not heating correctly, being cool or too hot. Jim from Home Systems came and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He worked with us to find a time to complete the repairs. He was prompt and made the repairs quickly, petting our dogs along with fixing the oven. He was very professional and the work was done at the price quoted.

When the service man was stumped he brought the owner of the company to help him figure out what the problem was with our dryer. We love the persistence and how reasonably priced it was! Glad to have our dryer back.

Showed up on time, worked quickly, $99 plus cost of part, as advertised. Not totally thrilled with the generic replacement, but it works and I can deal.

Turns out machine was just frozen and nothing materially wrong. Technician took apart machine, cleaned, reassembled, and tested repeatedly to insure everything worked correctly. In spite of the fact nothing turned out to be wrong, I felt the time he spent and care he exercised in making everything right was worth the expense. I would bring them back for any other problem I might have.

I needed a new igniter for my stove. Mr. Jim Charles promptly returned my call. I explained the exact nature of my complaint. We agreed for him to respond for the repair the next business day. Mr. Charles gave me the option of a 4 hour window either morning or afternoon. I chose 1pm-5pm. I graciously asked if he had insurance for his business. He politely and immediately provided me with his insurance company information for verification. To which I verified and was satisfied. On the day of repair (which was today Mar. 1, 2016. He respectfully honored my request by calling 30 minutes prior to responding. To which I'm glad he did (because I forgot that quick, within 24 hours). Anyway, Mr. Charles arrived exactly 30 minutes after the call in a Business labeled truck, wearing a uniform shirt with his name/business name. He was ready and prepared for the job with equipment to include he introduced himself, greeted me with a kind handshake and a smile. Immediately began to place on protective booties (on his work boots). However, since the Sun is shining and the weather is dry I didn't feel threatened of muddy tracks on my hardwood floors, and told him it wasn't necessary. Lastly, Mr. Charles completed the job efficiently within 10 minutes. In addition he went above and beyond by testing my top burners and noticed one didn't light without assistance, and he kindly voluntarily cleaned the burner, and offered expert advise on how to conduct preventive maintenance in the future. I am definitely satisfied & will use this Company in near future and also recommend them.

Tech called to let me know he was on his way and then arrived on time. Assessed appliance problem and ordered necessary part. Returned when part was in hand and did the repair. Tech was very polite and neat.

tech called same day as I purchased coupon. came out same day for diagnosis. problem required a total of 3 visits but has been resolved to my satisfaction. Tech was professional, explained the issues. I would definitely use there services again if the need arises.

It went well. Very professional guys. Thought it was the latch. It wasn't. The motherboard fried. They ordered the part. Installed in 2days. Kept me informed every step. Very polite. Very clean and friendly. Professional all the way. Part was a bit pricey though.
