I will definitely use this company for all my future appliance repairs. The owner came to my house, quickly diagnosed the problem (blown fuse) and replaced it. He was very nice and didn't try and overcharge me. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and co-workers.

The service/repair went extremely well. Mr. Charles impressed me from the very beginning of the process. He called to schedule a service date on the same day I submitted my order on the Angie's List web site. He showed up on time with a bright and cheerful attitude and wore the booties (shoe covers) which I thought was very professional. He did a great job fixing all of the problems I was having with my refrigerator and washing machine. I was very pleased with his work. I remember commenting that he had done such a good job that I wished I had more appliances for him to repair. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them again

We had a thumping sound in our dryer, we bought this and they were quick to come out and assess problem, the technician thought it needed new wheels so he ordered those, came back and applied, after he left..the thump was gone but was making a very loud squealing sound, it took a few texts for a response, he did come back- was not sure what it was- then the owner came out and thought maybe it was the dryer drum- they then told me to contact manufacturer to get it repaired...this was new noise that was not there before they "fixed" the wheels. They gave me a partial refund on the extra I had paid for services. I then called Sears home repair- whom came out , immediately diagnosed it as a lever that needed replaced, they were able to replace it within 30 minutes and was a fairly common issue so I'm not sure why we had to go back and forth so much with this company and still didn't get an accurate diagnosis nor repair.

Arrived on time and replaced the parts that i had available. Also looked at 2 other appliances and gave me a diagnosis for an additional $75

Great. The repairman arrived on time, had the parts on hand, replaced everything in an efficient and neat manner.

Technician was very friendly and polite. Wore booties over his shoes to keep from tracking any dirt, even though it was dry outside and there was no risk of mud. Diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and ran through tests to make sure it was working properly. Easy to schedule, came at the early part of the window, called first. Great all around, use this company!

Excellent response starting with same day service scheduled between 3 - 6pm. Called at 2:30pm to say he was on his way. Came in with covered shoes and saw frost. Diagnosed a failed defrosting timer. Had the part in his truck and immediately installed it. He then vacuumed the freezer coils and the side by side refrigerator coils. Cleaned up and got the unit going. It appears it takes 4 hours to tell if all is OK. Will know by tomorrow but it looks good.

They said that the fridge wasn't the issue.

My nine-year-old Frigidaire dryer appeared to be working fine, except it wasn't getting warm when the heat cycle was turned on. I called Home Systems and got voicemail, however they called back within an hour or so and arranged to come in two days later, giving me a four-hour arrival window. I was told in advance that there would be a $45 fee for the visit, but it would be incorporated into the final cost of the repair. Jim arrived at about 9AM on the day of the appointment, and he was friendly and courteous the entire time. He went straight to work and discovered that the heating element had gone bad, but everything else appeared to be working fine. (Part of the visit was to determine whether it would be worth my while to repair the dryer, or if I should just bail out and get it replaced.) He had the part available and completed the repair, plus he cleaned out the underside of the dryer, and made an adjustment to the vent pipe that would make it a little bit more efficient. The whole thing took a little over an hour. The one glitch (if you can call it that) is that I did initially note that I'd found them through Angie's List, and while there is a coupon available through the site he did not apply it--and frankly, I forgot to mention it when he was here, so that's a no harm/no foul on me. But if you want the coupon applied, you should bring it up. Thanks so much!

I can't recommend this company enough. I was desperate for a quick repair as my refrigerator was leaking and we were set to go on vacation in 2 days. James was great and came out within 2 hours of my angie's list deal purchase. I am very grateful for his quick response and repair.

James came and fixed it quickly. He was very professional and reasonable to deal with. I have no complaints and would use them again.

The gentieman was very nice. He called later that day and gave me a price on Friday. He came out the next Monday to repair the dryer. He basically had to take it all apart.. He was very professional, and timely. He called ahead to let me know he was in route. I had a lot of questions about the cost of the part. He explained it all to me. He had originally gave me a price that was less and he apologized and said it was his mistake. He thought the part would be less. I appreciated the way he explained everything and his attitude.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. It is actually worse now than it was before. I have been dealing with this for a while. The price was fine. We had two problems with the dryer: it was overheating and it kept stopping because the door would open a little bit so it would stop. The new heating element installation was fine. When he was leaving I said the door kept opening and the dryer was stopping. He changed out the latch, or whatever, for the door to close. I guess initially it was okay but in the last week or two it has gotten worse. Now it is worse than ever. So he was good, he just didn't fix one of the problems. He fixed one but he did not fix the other one. For this particular appliance I don't think he was capable of fixing it. I should probably call him and have him come back out but I don't know if he is able to fix it.

The two men are very nice but they didn't consult with me and instead installed a lid switch assembly that costs $25 and charged me $235. I could have bought a new washer as I have a cheap Roper washer. I was very upset that they didn't even tell me what was wrong and how much it would cost. I feel ripped off completely!

The Technician is incredibly friendly, courteous and responsive. I very much enjoyed working with him. I gave a B in quaity simply because he missed a leak on the dishwasher the 1st time, but who is perfect right?. But he corrected the problem, and was very responsive and worked with us to get everything ready for settlement. I would use him again.

They called and emailed promptly after we purchased the repair "deal" to arrange a visit next day. They called ahead, arrived promptly, and even put on foot covers to ensure that they didn't somehow track in dirt on a dry, sunny day. The company owner came out, and was very courteous and professional. His setup and work were done efficiently and quietly, and he gave helpful advice for avoiding any problems with the refrigerator in the future. We will definitely be calling them if anything happens with other appliances.

David was very professional and friendly. He changed one sensor and checked if that would be all that was necessary, changed a second sensor and again checked to see if that took care of the problem. He then proceeded to the heating coils and removed the old ones to see they were burnt black. He then replaced them and put the dryer back together. The dryer ran like it new. He cleaned up after himself, although he was very neat and really didn't make any mess, just had his tools out on the floor.

After calling a couple appliance repair places only to discover that they either didn't do the repair I needed or didn't service my zip code, I called Home Systems, thanks to an Angie's coupon. David was GREAT! After calling to let me know he'd be arriving in 15-20 minutes, he arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. Went out to his truck and came back in with the part that he needed. Once he replaced the dispenser door, he attempted to dispense ice, only to find that the ice in the bin had become a block because the dispenser door wasn't closing. After multiple attempts to thaw it out with his "industrial strength hair dryer", he was able to remove the ice bin and get everything thawed out and cleaned up. He was meticulous in making sure that the area around the appliance was as clean when he left as it had been when he arrived (maybe even a bit cleaner...) Will definitely use this company again!

Jim researched my appliance and found that repair of the compressor was not under warranty. His company does not perform sealed system service and so he offered me a full refund of my Angie's list big deal purchase. He also give me some ball park prices to replace the compressor. Throughout the process I was very impressed with Jim's professionalism and would not hesitate to use this company again.
