Great! He had the part on his truck & he installed it with no problem.

Our service technician was David, who arrived right on time, and listened carefully to our concerns. He showed us the huge build-up of pet fur not only under the fridge, but also on the grills behind the fridge. He advised us that if the problem had gone on much longer, it would have damaged the condenser, which costs about $1000 to replace. He also told us where to buy the gadget to clean under the fridge, and recommended we do that every 6 months.

Quick response and was at my house within an hour. Diagnosed problem of my Samsung refrigerator and ordered part to complete repair. Very professional and knowledgeable person. I highly recommend this company for the service of your appliance. A+++++

It went well, the guy helped. There really wasn't anything wrong with it. I wish I was more handy that I am. The guy was great, but I paid for nothing, basically getting a new filter. I know how to do that, there was something more that I thought was wrong, though. He was on time, he was a nice guy, he was responsive. I would give them an "A".

James was great. He was prompt and courteous. He explained everything that the refrigerator might need and made a follow up appointment to fix the issue. He was mindfull of scheduling time and was able to accommodate my work schedule I didn't have to take too much time off. When he returned to fix the problem he found I didn't need one of the parts and he did not charge me for that. He also says that he had to replace another part and was able to do so without making another trip.

Repair was done quickly and efficiently. He looked over all of the possible problems, figured out that there was a problem with the door and quickly repaired the issue. The refrigerator is running with no problems and has been since then.

When I saw all the positive reviews on Angie's List and called Home Systems, I spoke with the owner, James Charles, and the appointment was scheduled the very next day between 8-10 am. The next morning, David called ahead of time and showed up at about 8:30, He ran several tests, determined the cause (which is now resolved) and provided a great deal of information in the process. He was friendly, considerate of my home (put covers on his shoes and put down a drop cloth), and very knowledgeable. I used the coupon from Angie's List, and there were no additional charges. I will absolutely use Home Systems again for any appliance issue. FIVE STARS!

I bought the deal on a Saturday and received a call from the owner on Monday. The technician was on time and friendly. Once he diagnose the problem, he talked to my husband about options (repair vs purchase new). He was very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. After some additional research, we called the technician back and he was able to install the new part.

Great. The representative was on time, courteous, and professional. The representative discussed the problem and the service needed. The representative also made some other great suggestions for maintaining the appliance. I would call them again and recommend them to others.

They did a decent job. I don't have any negative feelings. Price was good. They were pretty punctual.

It went well. It turned out to be something simple that I might be able to do myself in the future, but the important things is that the stove is now working.

It worked out fine. They came out twice to fix it. They didn't charge me for labor the second part,but charged for the card. It had not been fixed the first time.

A complete waist of my time and money. I had a washing machine that was getting stuck on a F1 error multiple times during the wash cycle. The technician that came out was very nice. He told me that he was able to resolve the issue by basically rebooting the computer in the machine. He felt the issue was an issue with the board. I explained to him that my husband had ordered that part and replaced it but it didn't resolve the issue. I provided him the part and he said it presented the same F1 error but the reset resolved it. He said the part we ordered was refurbished. I was putting my baby to sleep so I didn't verify it was working at the time. The very first time I used the washer it had the same error. I called back and the technician returned. He felt it was the computer board and was unable to resolve it and said he would call his manager and follow up with me. He followed up and said his manager determined Whirlpool would cover the part and come out and replace it for free. I called Whirlpool and they told me that information was incorrect. I contacted the Tech and he said his manager would call me back. I didn't hear from the manager, so I sent the Tech a text message. I still did not hear back, so I called the business and left a message. The manager called back and said the computer board would need to be replaced and because they have already spent so much time troubleshooting this issue it would be an additional $255 labor + $100 part. I had already spent $129 ($484 total) for the Angie's List deal which includes two visits. So let me get this straight, the tech said it was repaired and it wasn't, he said he felt it was the board on the first visit but you want to charge me an additional $255 because you have spent so much time already. What about my time, money, and the misinformation that was given? My husband told me it takes 5 minutes to replace the part. I work in IT and I troubleshoot servers and computers everyday. If I tell I think something is the root cause in my first assessment, it's my responsibility to pursue what I think is the resolution and not blame my customer for other opinions that I try. The technician was very nice but it was never fixed and he felt it was an issue with the board. Why would the company charge me an additional $255 for labor when you should have been confident in your diagnosis, offered to order the part, and moved forward.

We ended up getting a new washer, because it would have been too expensive to fix it. He was frank with me. They were on time.

He texted me with the price of the part and when it would be available. He came back on Monday morning and replaced the part. It was a pleasure to work with him. I especially liked the fact that he wore the shoe covers to protect my new floors. I would definitely use Home Systems Appliance Repair again.
