This is my second experience with Home Systems. As before, I left a message and he called right back. I told him what was going on and he was able to come out within a couple of days. He came on time and quickly diagnosed the problem (a piece of glass had gotten past the filter and was blocking the impeller). Total repair time was a little over an hour. This repair cost came from a deal I'd purchased via Angie's List; whether the actual cost would have been more or less, I don't really know. But either way I'm very satisfied with the work he's done each time he's been here!

They were not able to fix/diagnose the problem with my washing machine, but James was very responsive and I got my money back without problems.

Overall the experience is very positive. It was for out tenants who rent our condo. I called Jim (the owner) and explained the problem. He advised me to purchase the Angie's List special before scheduling to save meet some money. After the purchase, Jim scheduled a visit for the next day. He showed up within the agreed upon time frame, called me with his findings and to get my authorization. Then came in the very next day with parts (a new drain motor) and finished the job. Parts and additional labor (due to the awkward location of the washer) raised the cost a little, but it was reasonable. Here's what our tenants said - "The service was excellent. He was very professional and thorough. He explained to me the issue and made sure I understood what he was going to be doing. He was here for maybe an hour. He also wore booties over his work shows which is something I rarely see people do. He was very polite and kind." I will use Jim's services again if the need arises and will recommend him to friends.

Outstanding Service. I would recommend him to family and friends. He showed up on time and very curteous.

Jim called ahead, and arrived on time. He did a thorough inspection of the stove, and recommended that we do nothing at this time. He said the thermostat was perfect, the lines were fine, there was no gas leak, and the oven lit briskly. He showed me how to restart the pilot, and said if it continues to be a problem he would look at it again, as the only thing he thought it could be was the gas regulator. I also asked him to look at my washing machine, which was out of balance. He fixed that immediately, and showed me how the self-leveling legs worked. On top of that, in spite of having a very busy schedule of appointments, a neighbor came over and asked him to look at her stove, and he did so, and fixed her stove too. He only charged me the service call. He was truly fabulous.

Very well. The tech was polite, friendly and very quick. I would call them for any repair.

It went well. Jim was honest and up front and I unfortunately needed to buy a new washer due to the price that the repair would have cost. I appreciated that he recommended that I get a new machine, rather than having a very expensive repair done.

The technician arrived promptly, wore protective footwear, diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced the defective part with a new ignitor from his truck. He cleaned up the work area and explained his work. Prompt, efficient, and prepared - all signs of a top notch vendor.

Very satisfied with my experience. Got an exceptionally quick to my request on Angies list for service. The appointment was scheduled for the same day. The service personnel did a great job of diagnosing the issue and patiently explained it to us. They have also warranted the work which gives us additional peace of mind.

This was an excellent experience. Jim responded to my call immediately, scheduled an appointment right away, and replaced a bad dishwasher motor all within 5 days. Jim is very professional, a very tidy worker, polite, and pleasant. He accepted the Angie's list coupon and subtracted the initial service call charge from the entire bill. I would recommend him to anyone that needs an appliance repair.

Technician responded promptly, came out and diagnosed the problem, ordered a new board, and returned within a couple of days to replace the part. He was very efficient and professional.

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. I remember them doing a good job. I would give them A's all around. There was no extra charge. They came out right away because they were doing something with our refrigerator. Everybody was good. I have no bad memories at all.

Home Systems was able to schedule an appointment very quickly, and arrived within the specified window. The owner, James Charles, was professional, pleasant, very neat, and knowledgeable. When he realized that the repair would be time consuming because of how tightly the dishwasher is installed, he let me know before he continued. Luckily, he was able to get to the motor, which had something lodged in it, and to remove the debris. Dishwasher drains perfectly now!

Very well. they were very responsive and I had an appointment only 2 days after I called. He called to see if he could come early on the day. He quickly diagnosed the problems and adjusted the door and installed a new ice maker. All in less than 45 minutes. Price was reasonable, especially with the Angie's List discount.

From our first telephone call to schedule a visit, to Dave, our repairman, coming into our home to diagnosis the problem, we had a five-star experience.

He quickly diagnosed the problem, described his recommendations in detail, answered my questions, and completed the repair.
